  1. Wild Apricot Deleting payment record when cancelling paid event registration

    I noticed if I cancel a registration for a attendee and they have actually paid money that needs to be refunded, your system automatically deletes the payment record instead of leaving it there to be refunded in Wild Apricot. this is a major problem, that a transaction record is removed from the system. I do see that the existance of that payment record is in the auto trail, but having your software automatically delete that record is a major accounting flaw you should look into. You should simply level the payment record and allow the actual refund to be documented.…

  3. Edit Mode for tabs in EVENTS

    Editing on the Registration types & settings AND Emails tabs in events is confusing. I click on EDIT (because I'm trained to do that to edit other tabs) but that doesn't allow me to edit in those tabs. An error message would be nice. Had to contact support.

  4. There needs to be a way I can get stats from my website on the number of events each member has attended per year

    there is currently no easy way I can get stats from my WA website on the number of events each member has attended per year. I would like to be able to get a report with easy access to this info.

  5. Exportable Event Registration List with QR Code

    It would be great to be able to export event registrants with their corresponding check in QR Code so it can be printed onto a name tag label. That way we don't have to rely on attendees bringing in the email or having it on their phone, we can just scan the name tag upon their arrival then then give it to them. Can that be a feature in the future?

  6. Multi-Type Registration

    I'm finding registrations a tad difficult when I need to offer different prices for child vs adult ticket prices while still being able to take a guest count. We have been creating the child ticket prices under custom fields, but it doesn't count towards the total guest count and I am having to go back and check we don't go over our limits.

  7. virtual show

    We would like to be able to host a virtual art show with judging. Is this a possibility? Because of the Covid restrictions, our art club cannot have an art show. But if we could have the art show online that would be a big benefit to our membership. We would need for the membership to upload the art and have a title, size, medium, and division.

  8. list registration type when reviewing people registered for an event from the public side

    Hello, we had an event that we had two separate types of registrants. In this example we had Contestants and Judges....as an admin I had to run a report to identify the different registrations and send the report to the people running the event.

    It would be great to not have to run the report and be able to see the different types from viewing the registrations on the public site.

    Allow selection of Membership Fields in Event Registrant export. There is specific membership information that is required to print on event credentials and looking it up manually is time consuming for a large event.

  10. allow automatic emails for recurring events

    Add the ability to automatically send an email announcement for recurring events. Makes life SO MUCH easier to remind members to attend a recurring (every other week) member meeting without having to manually create an email to do it. Currently done on non-recurring events and as you store all the recurring dates and allow scheduling of emails now in terms of days before event it should be a relatively easy task to add this functionality. We do not always require registrations for these events either as most via ZOOM so please no restrictions in this regard requiring registrations for this…

  12. Tags improvement

    Event tags are too easily added by anyone setting up an event (BBQ, cookout, kitchen,etc) Having them pre-setup in preferences, so that event creators (select not add) from a system list would correct this. We currently have over 50 tags and cannot delete them without going back thru previous events and removing errant superfluous tags.

  14. Improve useability

    Registration for Events. I get countless emails saying 'how do I register'. The answer is click on 'Register' BUT this 'button' is lower case, has low visibility compared with the texts above it, see attached screen shot. Simple remedy: make Register BOLD and put a box round so it looks like an actual button.

  15. "Other" option with chance to fill in what "Other" means

    I would love "Other:_" option for registration of events or even within the membership area. I like to ask the question of "Where did you learn about this opportunity?" to improve our marketing. Rather than only listing: website, social media, presenter, etc. I love having "Other:" and a chance for that person to explain what "Other" means to them. Perhaps it could be an add-on for the multiple choice?

  16. Show {Event Extra_Info} on app and web for logged in members that have registered for the event.

    The {Event Extra_Info} field is shown on confirmation emails. This field can be used to contain useful/important information to attend the event that is not shown to the public (door codes, ZOOM links etc..). The information in this field should be shown on the the web and on the app for logged in members that have registered for the event, it is currently not. This makes it difficult for members to access the information they need in order to attend an event.

  17. Event registrant counts and export details

    Please please please - make the following updates/corrections with regards to events:
    1) on the Registrants and Invitees tab - in your record count - change that to registrations and only include active registrants. Right now it includes cancelled registrations. While that may reflect the record count it is very misleading to those of us leading events when we're looking for a quick count
    2) when exporting the registrants list, DO NOT include the cancelled registrations. That's a real pain point - especially if you have a large registration list.

  18. Badge Print option with ability design layout AND logo

    PLEASE add a name badge print option from this software.
    CVent had functionality that let the user pick a font and create a layout that would include a logo.

  19. Mutually exclusive events for events on different days

    Let's say one group meets on Tuesdays; the other group meets on Fridays. Can I make it so that if a person registers for the group on one of the days they can't then register for the group that meets on the other day.
