Excluded Email Recipients
When an email is sent to members, there is a number of emails that are excluded because of being disabled or opt out, etc. Please make the ability to see a list of these names so that we can correct any mistakes.

Sizing images in emails
Why can't we size images in the email image gadget? I cannot add images as easily to my emails anymore, and it stinks!

Column lenghts
Email templates. When creating a template with 3 columns (example eNewsletter 2020 September), I would like the column lengths to be the same so there is uniformity with the column length endings. I have tried to create this by adding spacers and borders, however, they are all different lengths so that the ends are jagged.

Ability to create folder when inserting a file in the email module
Several months ago, there was a change made to the File Storage and access. I can no longer create folders when I am in the Email module. I have to create the folders from the Website module (which we don't use) and then go back into Email to upload the files and attach in my emails. This creates extra steps for me and is very inconvenient.

Filter contacts who have not opened an email in X amount of months
I would like to be able to get a report of who all has not opened an email in a certain amount of time (last month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc). This can help manage and understand who is actively looking at emails.

Let's say I have 3,000 members. Each member has a spouse/partner. And our settings are to cc: all spouses. WHY on earth can't I see their clicks/opens on the logs? And, why does it only say "sending to 3,000" when in fact I'm actually sending 6,000 emails out?
That is H U G E for when we are trying to show our "reach" when (for example) applying for grants. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make this easy fix.

ok, i know it is user error, but dammit.... the process for adding a link to a email newsletter has to change. The number of steps, the huge lifts and confusion of how to attach that link and make it work has got to changes. I mean... 10-11 steps to add a link to an email? you must be able to auto generate or something. This has to change ASAP

From Email without Web Hosting
We need the ability to set the "From email" to an email at our own domain without setting Wild Apricot as our website host. We do not want to host our website with WA, we are happy with our current hosting and design. We want WA to be utilized to manage our membership and send out emails. Emails coming from "******@wildapricot.org" are getting flagged as possible phishing emails since our members have not received emails from this address previously.

I would like to sort scheduled emails by date
While it is great to schedule emails well in advance, there is no way to sort or find scheduled emails. So if you have created 25 emails for Meeting reminders, for example, a newer scheduled email is just somewhere else on the list and it is hard to find. A search feature in this section would be useful.

Ability to send multiple activation emails depending on what categories are selected in the registration form.

Email - Link to view content on the web
It would be great to be able to include a link on newsletters / emails sent to view the content on the web just incase the newsletter / email doesn't show up in the email browser and also to allow a link to archived newsletters.

Email Editor is Frustrating
I am having great difficulty using the revised email composition feature. I like to create my messages on the go, without a great deal of planning or design. I frequently use an existing message as a starting point for a new eblast. Your new system does not cater to this kind of composition and I am calling for support much more frequently than ever before.
You should consider making the new editor an option and let customers like me continue to use the free-form approach that preceded it. It would better serve my needs and reduce my dependance on Support…5 votes -

the email tracking code should be at the bottom of the email not top. the preheaders are not showing up, only the tracking codes are.

Routing of System Emails
On the Routing of System Emails page, it would be nice to be more selective. As an example, we have set the auto-emailing feature to send members the invoice and dues drive notifications, long with the various reminders. In the routing of emails page, the settings only allow for you to be all in or out. It would be nice to maybe get a copy of the initial notice to the member and the initiation of the membership and not get every reminder in that section. Similarly, with events or donations.

Insert a slideshow of pictures into an email
I'd love to be able to insert a slideshow of pictures (to show off our gardens to our members) into an email rather than just posting 10 pictures.

Add a "Resend" button to email log to resend email messages
I would like the ability to resend an email message from the email log. For example, to restate what they actually registered for.

When you send a mass mailing, there is a single email log entry that provides data - opens, click throughs, failures. It would be helpful to be able to filter the entire log to just show those entries so one can get to them quickly.

Add 'Edit' function button to Scheduled Emails Screen
March 2020 - right now, the only option available for an already scheduled email is 'Pause'. When you click Pause, that email disappears. It is automatically sent to Draft emails folder, a different screen. It would be easier and more intuitive to add an 'Edit' button to the Scheduled email view.

Admin notification for Stop Recurring Payments action by member
Create an automated administrator notification triggered when a member stops recurring payments.
Our member managers do not see this until the paid membership period is over and it may be too late to reach out to the member to see if any problems need to be resolved.
