Export all import errors
Want to ability to export the full list of errors after importing data so we could work with large number of errors easily

There you be the option for each common field in the contacts to allow edit only during the application.

Emergency contacts as a separate passive class
Currently all contacts are counted as the same (and part of billing), it would be nice to allow a W.A. customer to add Emergency contacts such as Electricity, Telephone, Water, Police, FireDept, Poison Control, etc as 'freebie' contacts since these do not actively participate in website and are solely used how to contact. For our small lake (125 members), we have 3 utilities and 7-8 Emergency contacts.

Include Events when exporting contact lists
When exporting lists (say from a saved search or advanced search, I'd like the option to include event attendance in the CSV. Currently, I can pull a list of people who attended a number of events but once I export that list I cannot tell which of the events they attended. So right now I have to pull the list that I am actually trying to find, then a list a event attendees for each of the events and then merge, sort and dedupe several spreadsheets to get the report I am trying to get (which is largely people in…

Saved search layout is unhelpful
When I use run a saved search the results are listed below all the criteria for the search. This means there's a bunch of space taken up by the criteria and the list starts way off the page. But surely there is no need to see the criteria by default if the search is saved? Better to have a button to open up the criteria if needed, but otherwise just get the list with no criteria showing. Make sense?

adding usernames for login
enable usernames. This would be helpful for an organization membership, otherwise people need to login with an email. As an administrator it would be nice to create an organization membership and assign a generic username/password for an organization to share with its members.

Hide empty contact fields
We need the ability to hide the field label if there is no response in the field. Whether this is checkboxes, radio buttons, picture, etc. If there is no response in the field, the label will not display on the contacts profile.
We wish to use this with the picture field to implement a badge program where contacts/members can earn badges of recognition from our organization. I can have a separate picture field and upload the image to that field when the contact/member earns a particular badge. However, it looks sloppy if there are 9 badges and a person has…

Export contact info using email filters
I want to easily toggle between electronic and hard copy mediums with my contacts and members. For example, for folks who haven't opened one of our electronic messages, I want to be able to send a physical, hard copy of the letter. I want to use the filters "not opened" and "opened, but not clicked" to export contact information as a datafile (for mailing labels).

Adding contacts without upgrading account
Would like to have the ability to add 250 contacts without upgrading. We don't see the value in upgrading our account just to get more contacts. Will be using Constant Contact to manage our contacts. Very frustrating.

Shared Email addresses
Since the system generates a unique identifier for each contact, why does WA insist on also using email as a unique ID? Many couples share an EMail address.

We have several people who are from the same organiztion. We have one membership per organization, but when you add the individual contactts
We have several people who are from the same organization. For example 5 employees work at Good Day Electric, I need to set them each up as a contact, but Good Day would only have one membership. I would like to add Good Day Electric as the member, and then tie each of those 5 employees to that membership.

ID based contact or member
For Child based sports club, a contact / member account should be created per child, but linked to parent for paying and allowing membership options at a family level, as parent is not a member, just the legal payee. Also Key for membership account should be based on Identity number and not email, therefore allowing same email account on multiply contacts / members ( that is for the parent) - duplication of account is then on the ID no.

archive
We need a way to create a report to show Contacts who have pulled themselves out of Archive in the past month? I REALLY need to be able to detect these folks so I can followup and not have them counted as a contact if they don't renew. Currently I'm removing their email but then this causes another issue with those that want to renew down the road and we end up with double contacts. I asked support and was told "there is no such functionality".

More robust event registration filtering in Advanced Search, for analysis, not just emailing
Reasons we need to filter by Registrations more than we are currently able:
To analyze member activity and who's pulling their share of our load, we want to know (for example) what Members have attended more than one registration event in the past three years, and which events they are. Currently we can only filter for the number of registration events, then have to look at each one to determine when and what. People who registered for events 5 years ago are irrelevant, and people who are registered for our annual dinner are also irrelevant. We need to know who…

multiple login credentials for a contact
In our business, a contact is a family. Our members are families who join our club. As many families have 2 or more adults, we have had several requests to support 1+ login credentials for the same member/contact.
In other words, the Munster family belongs to our club and both Herman and Lily have a login to the same member experience and profile, Grandpa and Eddie have logins with restricted capabilities (view only, can register for events but cannot pay).
