add note field (transaction description) to exported reports
Good morning,
My organization just signed up for Afffinipay. The description of what a transaction is for appears in the note field, for example membership renewal. The problem is that the note field is not part of the exported report which I use create my organization's monthly treasurer report. I really need the transaction description (note field) to part of the exported report in Affinipay. Thank you for considering adding it.2 votes -
Print the entire report generated by Search results rather than export to Excel.
Currently Admin can print only 50 records at a time of a Search. I want to print the entire report at one time with customizable header content. See attached files for details.

Custom Standard Report/Attendance List
Our Agency needs to be able to run a report/ attendance list for each of our events. The report/ list needs the first and last name of the participant, what lunch option they have chosen, and a space for a signature. The report title will need the name and date of the event. Right now we export and then have to make many adjustments to the report before it is ready. Registration and Additional fees
I would like to be able to run a list of event attendees who have paid for registration and/or additional fees during registration. Not just that they have paid a certain amount.

Interface with Zelle and other such payment systems, so they are reflected in our Income reports.
I have no idea how WA would do this (nor why WA would want to, now that you offer your own card processing system), but it would be helpful, at least as the WA financial reporting system goes. This year, our organization began encouraging Registrants to pay via Zelle, which charges neither party a processing fee. The difference is thousands of dollars in our bank account (paying for our WA account ;-) . Provide standard participation reports, and reports on other useful data
WA provides a nice financial report. It's not all that accurate, since it doesn't account for cash and other non-card payments, nor for events that do not require payments. It's a start, at least for recognizing a trend.
But no such reporting for membership and non-member activity? WA specializes in member organizations!
I've tried using Contacts and Members advanced reporting, but the fields, operators, date ranges, and such just aren't there, or aren't flexible enough to report such important data as:
How many members attended events last year vs. this year?

Report summary data ie counts
The Summary view of member levels and status is great. How can we export that? I just want the counts and not the member details. It seems to be impossible to create a search that returns counts, everything is details. It would be good to know how many members changed levels. I don't really care who they are.

Reports by Tags
It would be so very helpful to run reports using tags. i.e. tag: 2 hour workshop (assign to event), run report on 2 hour workshops. I could then export into excel and import into my financial system.

New Event Report - Print Name Tags

Autogenerate and email Income Reports
It would be great to have autogenerated reports that are emailed to admin users adn that we can set on a recurring basis. Please, please do this!! Our volunteers won't remember to go in every month to run the report. thanks!

adjust font size on attendance lists
How can we adjust the font size on printed attendance lists? The names are simply too small for many folk to see - both volunteers and attendees themselves.

custom reporting
Would really like you to include a report writer that enables users to design their own custom reports and save them to a library. Maybe you could give them to option of saving the report layout as "open to the public" so other organizations could see what has been done, or "restricted" so that only users/administrators within that organization could see/use.
For example, I would like to be able to run an event registration report that also includes information on each registered member's membership renewal status. The venue where we have events doesn't give us access to the internet, so…

date query
In the query function add the date option “Today” and “Yesterday” similar to This month and Last month. Alternatively add functionality to select T (today) or -1 (yesterday), -2 (2 days ago), etc. These options would allow for a Saved search that did not require selecting a date each time the report is run.

Clean your contacts database
This could be via reporting or via a new contacts clean up function. We created our contacts list by merging various other lists and we are aware that there are people on that list who have never opened an email.
It would be great to have a way to search for contacts who have not opened an email in a set time frame, such as a year, and then archive all of them in one hit. We struggle to keep our contacts list within the 500 limit so this would be a great feature of us.

Reports to include info from custom fields
When I run a report in Events I want to be able to see more detail. For instance I want to see who picked which category upon registration and at the same time see how much they still owe. The attendance list should also show the custom fields I created. That way I could see what extras someone has picked, like meals, or bike rentals all on one report.

At the events page, provide the ability to create a report of registrants and alphabetize by last name.
Provide the ability to create a report for an event that is alphabetized by last name of registrant, without having to export the report as a csv file and then convert to Excel.

track behaviour of members on our website - e.g. what pages are most viewed by various member roles
We would love to be able to track behaviours of different members on our website. For instance, it would be great to see which pages are most viewed by Accountants (we are a non-profit for professionals) or if our blog post on getting a head as a nurse is actually being read by nurses.

be able to include the "date last paid" field within the membership reports.
for our financial audit, our auditors would like to see the "Date last paid" for each active member so they can test membership paid per fiscal year against money received per fiscal year.

Enable reporting on recent event attendance
We'd like to produce a list of members who have not attended an event within the last 6 months, so that we can reach out to them. This is important for member retention and engagement. Thank you for your help!
