  2. Export contact info using email filters

    I want to easily toggle between electronic and hard copy mediums with my contacts and members. For example, for folks who haven't opened one of our electronic messages, I want to be able to send a physical, hard copy of the letter. I want to use the filters "not opened" and "opened, but not clicked" to export contact information as a datafile (for mailing labels).

  3. Adding contacts without upgrading account

    Would like to have the ability to add 250 contacts without upgrading. We don't see the value in upgrading our account just to get more contacts. Will be using Constant Contact to manage our contacts. Very frustrating.

  5. support request -do not require redundant info

    i'm new to WA.
    AWESOME product. however my MAJOR irritant so far is that wen i submit a support request (i'm logged in to WA when i do this) why do i need to provide my email and acct info. Recall i'm logged in,

  6. Shared Email addresses

    Since the system generates a unique identifier for each contact, why does WA insist on also using email as a unique ID? Many couples share an EMail address.

  7. We have several people who are from the same organiztion. We have one membership per organization, but when you add the individual contactts

    We have several people who are from the same organization. For example 5 employees work at Good Day Electric, I need to set them each up as a contact, but Good Day would only have one membership. I would like to add Good Day Electric as the member, and then tie each of those 5 employees to that membership.

  8. ID based contact or member

    For Child based sports club, a contact / member account should be created per child, but linked to parent for paying and allowing membership options at a family level, as parent is not a member, just the legal payee. Also Key for membership account should be based on Identity number and not email, therefore allowing same email account on multiply contacts / members ( that is for the parent) - duplication of account is then on the ID no.

    We need a way to create a report to show Contacts who have pulled themselves out of Archive in the past month? I REALLY need to be able to detect these folks so I can followup and not have them counted as a contact if they don't renew. Currently I'm removing their email but then this causes another issue with those that want to renew down the road and we end up with double contacts. I asked support and was told "there is no such functionality".

  10. More robust event registration filtering in Advanced Search, for analysis, not just emailing

    Reasons we need to filter by Registrations more than we are currently able:

    1. To analyze member activity and who's pulling their share of our load, we want to know (for example) what Members have attended more than one registration event in the past three years, and which events they are. Currently we can only filter for the number of registration events, then have to look at each one to determine when and what. People who registered for events 5 years ago are irrelevant, and people who are registered for our annual dinner are also irrelevant. We need to know who…

  11. multiple login credentials for a contact

    In our business, a contact is a family. Our members are families who join our club. As many families have 2 or more adults, we have had several requests to support 1+ login credentials for the same member/contact.

    In other words, the Munster family belongs to our club and both Herman and Lily have a login to the same member experience and profile, Grandpa and Eddie have logins with restricted capabilities (view only, can register for events but cannot pay).

  12. Make lists accessible in full, not in groups of 50

    Can you please make the contact and member list available all on one page? It is extremely tedious to have to click between pages, especially because every time you look at one name and then go back to the list, it goes back to the beginning of the list, instead of to where you just were! I can't believe this is not a feature yet. Thank you

    This is not in our priorities for now, though I understand what you mean. For now, I can suggest using quick search function – just type several letter for name and it will show the contact.

  13. clear out attention required

    I have a few contacts with failed delivery emails. Some are due to the incorrect emails, other s are due to the receiver end. However, I would like to clear out those error messages.

  14. On Contact details, move custom internal use fields up above the auto-generated system notes

    Please move the internal fields up above the auto-generated Notes on the Contact details tab. I have a number of internal use custom fields that I have to scroll way down to see. It's super annoying! Would love for my custom fields to appear first. Thank you!

  15. Advanced Search field needed: Latest Registration Date

    Apparently there is no way to search Contacts for Latest Registration Date?

    Why is this missing? For example, there ARE criteria for Latest Donation Date and for Last Login Date. None for Registrations.

    I realize we could check off specific events since a certain date, but that is a monstrous chore, and the checkmarks aren't sticky. Even if I save that checklist as a "dummy" search for use later, all the checks disappear if I try to modify it (which might be necessary if only because we've added a more recent event).

    This would be an adaptation of the Membership Directory gadget to allow contacts to be listed. Additionally contacts would have access to a set of Privacy settings in their User Profile comparable to what members have today. A stronger user agreement or terms of service agreement might be required along with legal opt-in requirements and notifications for any contact using the system. A personal message sent by a member to a contact could be set to go through admins for approval, to use the organization's administrative email address, to allow the member to disclose his email address if he wishes,…

  17. Make Date field to have Today as a default value on forms

  18. address validation

    Our contacts common fields contains mailing address. It is important that the addresses entered be legal, that is, conform to USPS standards.

    We need access to a process which both validates entered postal addresses and replaces ill-formed addresses with the conforming address.

  20. Fix 'Select event' dialogue

    Please fix the 'Select event' dialogue used for the 'Registered for specific event(s)' search criterion.

    1. Install a search box. I have almost 1,000 past events to manually scroll and scan through.

    2. If I want to add one more event to the list, when I go back to the dialogue, none of the events are checked! I have to start all over again.
