An error occurred while saving the comment Rob commentedI don't get this. What does the message body have to do with the Subject line here.
Seems like there are multiple, different requests.
There are also instructions in help section that can be passed onto members/contacts on what changes they need to make so that mail doesn't end up in their spam folder. This is controlled by the recipient, not the sender. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Rob commentedI feel that the ability to delete emails from the log would actually compromise the whole integrity of the system.
However, I can see and agree that we don't always need to see every single log entry.
Instead of deleting entries, how about the ability to filter what we see?
I think that a solution like this could make the log view cleaner, while preserving the history. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Rob commentedThis is a useful idea to our club as well.
Presently we may have a board member corresponding directly with a member or event attendee. In order to do a CC or BCC email, they have to resort to using their email client on their computer. This bypasses WA and we have no official log of this correspondence.Rob supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Rob commentedI too wish that our email was hosted with WA - even if it were an optional add-on service.
Currently we do our email hosting through our previous web hoster (we just redirected the web traffic to flow through WA) and domain registrar.
The present method works - just seems inefficient from an administrative point of view. -

Hello everyone!
Seeing your activity on this thread we would like to present you with three new templates using the third-party app called “Integromat”. They could help you to:
- Copy an event with registrants
- Export registrations into a Google sheet
- Import registrations from a Google sheetThese need a short one-time setup and then you’ll be able to do the actions above in just a few clicks!
For more info see our blog: https://www.wildapricot.com/blogs/newsblog/2019/04/30/event-registration-integromat
We absolutely understand this is not a solution but more of a workaround for this request, so we won’t close this thread. But feel free to share your thoughts about these templates as well!
Please note, these workflows have some limitations and might not suit everybody. But we hope they will make your life a bit easier.
An error occurred while saving the comment Rob commentedOur monthly general meeting do not require registration - those who show up, show up.
We have a sign-in sheet. We would like to then register these members after the fact so that we have a permanent online record of who attended the event. We can also use this for checking which members are most active.
The current system only allows one member to be selected from the list. It would be helpful if we could hold the control key & select multiple members to add at once.Rob supported this idea · -

I honestly don't believe that sending more and more emails is going to be any more effective. If a member is interested, they will respond to the first or second email.
We find that the chronic never renew offenders do find a need to renew once they are cut off from the members section of our site.
