Do you mean that current 2 are not enough and you need 2 more? And I'm not sure what you mean by "our members don't have access to funds until the renewal date", can you please elaborate?

Jon - when we take the suggestion into work, we will analyze all the comments and decide on particular solution. Until then, I cannot really comment - only ask questions.

I assume that you use special field with the list of funds. You can use more generic name like "Playground fund raiser" and then use date filter in the gadget settings. For each year you just change the gadget goal gadget setting to use appropriate date filter.
Can it work for you as a work around?

Not programming - but to our Roadmap, see http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Product+roadmap
It'll take time until actual programming.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commented
This is not in the Roadmap yet: our current strategy is to focus on posts with 10 or more authors in comments. Here we have 9. We have a lot of posts where we have more than 10 authors, we're focusing on them now.

Walt - thanks for sharing. No chance to slip it soon (not in this year, sorry). But next year I hope will be different, we're undergoing big internal procedural changes, to help us to be much faster.

MergeC - you can attach a file to a new idea (suggestion), but not to a comment. You can workaround it by using Dropbox and file sharing inside it (or any other file sharing service like Google Drive). -

consider also voting for “credit memos” – http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8827036

We have a request on credit memos - see http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8827036-credit-memo-for-invoice
Can we consider them together or bad debt should be a separate type (for example, from taxation point of view)? I believe, we can, but would be great to hear your comments. An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commented
Ideally, you should not delete invoices, but rather issue credit notes on them. This way you have financial trail and reasons. We do not have credit notes yet - this is another thread - but as soon as we have, we will also have to add ability to bulk record credit notes.

Thanks for posting Rick, we’ll need more comments/supporters before we can proceed, but it’s a good suggestion.

What about not removing (deleting completely), but rather archiving and hiding in normal view, but being able to undo and review historic records if needed?

Can you please check this post - http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8827162-monthly-batch-statements-16491 - is it about the same? If so, I would merge them and solve together, considering your idea in mind too.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commented
You can send a member email asking him to login and pay his open debt. You can even add a link to member profile page in email, it will automatically open all his open invoices and he'll be able to pay them altogether.
Would it solve the problem?
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commented
You can use a workaround: using advanced search, find all contacts with non-zero balance and export them into excel file. Then you can use Mail Merge function to create printable invoices to mail afterwards.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commented
I'm sorry, I misunderstood your question initially (I deleted my previous comment).
You're right - Account Statement screen was initially designed for internal administrator purposes only and therefore there are only export buttons there. But we have received a number of comments that admins want to be able to email this screen to their members, even email the statements in batch for all members with overdue balance.
I would like collect more comments on this subject. What is the ideal scenario for your organization to use account statement? Do you want to email them or print and mail? Do you want to send them ad-hoc, one by one or email/print them in batch on regular basis?

Kim: it will. I'm really sorry that we cannot deliver it faster, we're working on optimizing internal development processes and roadmap management to work faster on things.
But it still does not mean that specific requests will be implemented as fast as you want - for example, we have 80+ votes posts here, versus 12 votes here.

Ok, I see you point. Basically, you suggest to show everything on the page in any situation and, for example, disable the button Next at the bottom so that existing members cannot apply second time.
Ok, thanks for sharing. An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commented
Walt, hat kind of the information you have on the page? Is it some content above list of membership levels of the list itself? Could you share the link to the page?
If it's just about some content, you can put content outside of the gadget (e.g. above it) into separate content gadget.

PGBVone - oh, no, this was my very old comments and we did not do this in 4.3 release - otherwise, the post's status would be "Released" (it looks like our migration from previous forums system to current new one changed the dates of all the comment, too bad)
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commented
Sorry for a late reply - somehow we missed this comments.
We do consider this particular feature in our 4.3 release. The way we see it is not like a special "macro" to be inserted into e-mail, but rather that all any link in e-mail auto-login into the site. There will be also a special settings page in the system where you can control this behavior - disable auto-login by e-mail at all, limit how long such links should work (i.e. 24 hours or more) or even reset all links that have ben already sent.

We’re looking into this request in much broader context – we want to simplify overall management of contacts, lists, saved searches. Saved search should be perceived as smart lists and provide quick access to various contact and member groups.
Evgeny Zaritovskiy supported this idea ·
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commented
When I look into all this problems together, I see that we have to simplify our contacts and members lists management, including saved searches. Some time ago we created a quick prototype of the new concept (see below). Key idea is that any saved search can be considered as a group of contacts/members and have to have a quick access to. We actually applied this model in our mobile app - start screen for Contacts show list of all saved searches, groups and levels together, so it's very easy for admin to get into any specific list.
We believe that saved search (aka smart lists) are very powerful way of looking into your contacts, and it should be very easy to use it. We're receiving a number of complains about our search functionality and I believe that what quickly prototyped back then can be a huge improvement over current user interface.
Any comments?

This corresponds to out thoughts as well. Right now they are the same database (members are a subset of contacts) but members have a separate "entrance" in the UI. We are thinking about streamlining this but that not easy.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commented
Well, you can run the search and save it again with a new name then delete old one. But I understand the inconvenience you mentioned - this would be a nice little addition. Unfortunately, I see no real chanced for that in the nearest future.
I'm more inclined into redesigning of the whole saved search function behavior - make it simpler and quicker to use, especially to run already saved searches. Allow to use such searches everywhere (i.e. as email recipients list or in event notifications). But this is something even more unlikely to be implemented in the nearest future :)

It looks like we may support it already - our key developers confirmed that our internal payments API may already support "Enhanced Recurring Payments". We will be testing it - it will require some time to validate it on live account - and I will get back on this as soon as we have confirmation.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commented
As far as I understand, this will require development on our side, so most probably it's not supported. But I'll forward your questions to our payments expert and let you know when I get an answer.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commented
This will require development from us, so there is nothing you can do. We will see if something can be done here.
