Even though it is not a direct implementation, I hope this could be helpful:
We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to copy google calendar events into WA events. So if you share a google calendar for events submission, then the scenario could copy submitted events into your Wild Apricot account.
You can try this integration by this link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2275-copy-google-calendar-into-wild-apricot-eventsKeith Rice supported this idea · -

Sorry for the late update.
The first step was finished and emails can now be carbon copied to contact’s alternative emails. To do so the contact fields which store the alternative emails must be explicitly marked on the email setting page.
Unsubscribing will unsubscribe all alternative emails simultaneously because they all belong to the very same account. The person clicking “unsubscribe” is warned about this on the unsubscribe page.
For now we paused the development of this feature. but not for good. :) So I’m changing this wish status back to “collecting comments”.
Thank you everyone for a valuable feedback.

Collecting comments now.
An error occurred while saving the comment Keith Rice commentedThe original wishlist request which was posted back in 2008 and supported by 95 users asked for (amongst other things):- Ability to automate the process of creating repeat events, not sessions. Shame that this has been overlooked. Surely it would be a simple matter to provide both options. And I sincerely hope we don't have to wait another 7 years.

WORKAROUND: it is possible to set different colors using custom javascript. See section “Color coding events using event tags” at

Can you consider adding colour to the event title. This would be an excellent edition to the event calendar enabling easy visual identification of repeat events.

An error occurred while saving the comment Keith Rice commentedNow after just over 12 months we have 3000 events listed. This makes list management quite laborious.
We do not want to lose history but some sort of archive option seems to be the most simple and sensible approach ?
An error occurred while saving the comment Keith Rice commentedWe have only been live for less than a month and have already logged 171 events .
All are free events so invoicing/ financial issues are not a problem for us but certainly the other features mentioned would be enormously helpful i.e.: date range search, filter by tag etc

An error occurred while saving the comment Keith Rice commentedOur Problem is that we would like a search gadget on the Home Page but unless I am mistaken the access levels for this page do not work the same as others. The gadget itself does not provide restrictions so it is visible to the public.

An error occurred while saving the comment Keith Rice commentedWe create between 30 & 40 events a week and our members like to receive a weekly email summarising the coming week, similar to the List Calendar view. Unless I am missing something, this is a very tedious, manual process. There is no export option, and no selective print option.

An error occurred while saving the comment Keith Rice commentedWith so many administrators, all of whom are volunteers we are finding it very difficult to track changes to Events and Contacts
Strongly agree with this. We need forums but don't want them behaving like a blog where postings can cause unneeded dissension and angst
