Old design proposal, not working on it yet and can be changed if we start working on it – https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0f9kMyQqlBsZ3FQOWRiMERRNkk/view?usp=sharing

An error occurred while saving the comment Jeffrey Hill commentedOne of our board members decided to use "sessions" to enter a long list of scheduled club meetings going out a couple of years. Unfortunately, the system doesn't send out email announcements for "sessions", only for discrete events. I have had to delete his long list of meetings and recreate them all as discrete events to get the system to automatically send out announcements.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jeffrey Hill commentedI have thousand members. A couple hundred of them prefer to get paper invoices at any given time, and that means printing 200+ invoices one at a time if I want to get paid. Some of these members are older and don't trust electronic payments, or they are confused by them, or some just prefer to have a piece of paper for their records. I'd love them to all use electronic payments, but it's just not happening at this time. You need to give me a way to tell WA to print all open invoices that meet particular criteria. You also need to allow the selection to be made on multiple criteria. For example, all unpaid invoices that were created electronically between date X and date Y.
An error occurred while saving the comment Jeffrey Hill commentedIt takes 8 mouse clicks per invoice to print them out. I just printed 330 overdue invoices to send via postal mail. 2,620 mouse clicks. It took hours, and by the end I was truly annoyed at Wild Apricot.

I merged another very similar thread into this one, they should be solved together – the registration to multiple events should be simple and fast if possible. There are a number of suggestions in comments on how to achieve this.

We’re looking into this request in much broader context – we want to simplify overall management of contacts, lists, saved searches. Saved search should be perceived as smart lists and provide quick access to various contact and member groups.

Sorry for the late update.
The first step was finished and emails can now be carbon copied to contact’s alternative emails. To do so the contact fields which store the alternative emails must be explicitly marked on the email setting page.
Unsubscribing will unsubscribe all alternative emails simultaneously because they all belong to the very same account. The person clicking “unsubscribe” is warned about this on the unsubscribe page.
For now we paused the development of this feature. but not for good. :) So I’m changing this wish status back to “collecting comments”.
Thank you everyone for a valuable feedback.

We're currently working on customizing level change emails.
An error occurred while saving the comment Jeffrey Hill commentedWe also need the ability to just turn off these emails, as well as the ability to customize them.

Merged together several closely related by meaning ideas – so we can properly resolve them all together, in different live scenarios

If you would enable a negative value in "optional charges" we could use that kind of field to give selected groups of people discounts on renewals. Right now it doesn't appear that you can have a negative optional charge...should be simple to implement I would think.
