Customize Member Login portal to include Terms of Waiver option
How does one get members (like auto renewal members) to accept newly created terms that fall outside of the renewal life cycle?
While I understand the logic of having it tied to the renewal event, I am suggesting that there be a method to force the acceptance at next login vs. solely tied to renewal. This is a common practice on many websites today.

How Many People Join for One Year and Don't Renew?
We would like to know how many members join once (for a year) and don't renew. This would be a number that we would target to decrease over time. We want to know if our efforts of retaining members is working over time. Looking at the total membership numbers doesn't give that information. Knowing the average length of time a member stays would be useful.

export sort flexibility
When i bring up our "member list", all members are alphabetized by last name. When I export that list, it is sorted by member id #. There should be an option when i select the fields i need to choose how to sort the export ....i.e., i really want it sorted by last name.

linking corporate bundles
Would it be possible to link corporate bundles. For example, where there are two or more departments within the same organization; however, each department would like its own bundle with its own administrator.

I can't find new applications
When someone applies for membership I receive an email notice that at application has been filled out. However when I go into the database I can't find it or see it anywhere. Does a place exist to view the application or if it doesn't Wild Apricot needs to create this place.

Group Limits set by Administrator
I really need a limit on the number of participants in Group Management. After you set the limit, once the number is reached an individual can not register for that group (grayed out). Please contact me (843-341-5846) if you need more explanation.

Background images on membership cards.
Currently, we cannot create a background image for membership cards. Being able to do so would allows much greater creativity and uniqueness when designing them.

Fix the membership email templates.
I am editing and preparing my renewal email notices for our membership renewals. When reviewing the drafts, two things are very disturbing. The renewal dates is wrong on the template and I have no clue where in that membership level and price is pulled from. We have nothing of the like. I would appreciate it if you would figure out what the bug is in the system, and get it fixed ASAP. My renewal notices will be going out within a week.

Repeated Details for Bundle Members
It seems counterproductive for bundled members to have them re-enter/complete the details of a parent membership already provided by the bundle administrator - when 90%(+) of the details will be identical

No Login Required to Renew Membership
Please change the membership renewal notice and reminder emails so that there is an option to NOT require the member to log in to their account in order to renew their membership.

Search for financial members (not just 'active')
I would like a way of searching members to return the members who are currently financial - not just those who are 'active'. Active means they may not be financial for the current period, but are being asked to pay before a certain time. It can be important to know who is financial now (at any point in time). On a spreadsheet I could simply query who is within 365 days of their last membership payments - but it is very cumbersome to go in and out of WA! Could this be introduced? Cheers, Mike

Membership proof & LinkedIn
Membership Cards: it would be beneficial for our organization if membership cards could be linked and displayed on a LinkedIn account via their "certification" program: (https://addtoprofile.linkedin.com/) We believe one of the main values that our organization provides to members is the ability to publicly prove that members are active in communities, in furthering their education, and networking in their profession. However, it is easy for anyone to "fake" membership on LinkedIn and we have no control over this. Being able to prove membership (linkedIn badge with link back to our website proving membership periods) would be a huge…

Allow Bundle Admins to Add Current Contacts to their Bundle
This was posted and "Fixed" by the 5.3.8 release in 2016, but the bug still exists.
Bundle admins cannot add a person to their bundle if the contact already exists in our contact list. They either create a duplicate contact or contact us to enter the proper one manually. Then we have to fix the mistake on the back end. Please fix!

Allow HEIC format pictures to be uploaded - iphone 8+
Allow later iPhone models like iPhone 8 to upload membership photos directly without having them to convert to png , jpeg format. iPhone 8 onwards uses HEIC format.

A reappointment of a BA should retain the same company joins dates from BA to BA
A reappointment of a Bundle Administrator should retain the same company join dates as their predecessor.

Roles and joining date for Group
Can we have roles for each committe/group? For example, we work with more than 20 committees and create a different field role it would be difficult to manage.
For example, for each committee we need the role (chair, vice-chair, treasure, etc), date election and date re-election.
Please, this would be so helpful because now we have to manage it outside Wild Apricot.

Generate list by birthday month
We would like to be able to pull a list of members who have birthdays each month so we can send them a birthday card. The current search has an option to pull birthdays "This Month", but that only pulls people whose birthdays are specified as the current month, i.e. February 2019, not everyone whose birthday is in February as one might expect.

renewal policy settings
I really need a setting for Renewal Policy of Membership Levels that allows me to say payment does not have to be received before Membership is approved. (as there is in the New Member Application)

open extra charge membership field
Currently extra charge membership fields only have options to support options (radio/check box) and multipliers. It would be nice to have an open charge field that allows someone to put an arbitrary amount. This could be used for example for an optional donation beyond the membership fee. It could be used to allow the donation to be recurring as a result since it part of a membership renewal.
