Restrict events by member group
While event emails can go to member levels or member groups, events themselves can only be restricted to member levels. We need to be able to restrict them by member groups (so we can deal with board and committee meetings)

Cancelled guests on guest lists
I'm working on my guest list for next week and I have to say, it's rather frustrating that when I export the guest list from WA that it keeps all the registrations that were canceled on my excel spreadsheet, do you know why it does that?

Edit after creating event field type
Right now we have to delete a question and make a new one. Please add the ability to just edit a question and change the type (i.e. change a check all that apply to a multiple choice question).

Sync Email/Event Timing
Please allow events to open at specific dates and times and be able to sync the event email to go out at the same time as event opens. Thanks!
The sign-up and email are different. The email goes on days from the event; the sign-up goes calendar days. So, the sign-up opens at 12:01 AM and there is no way to sync up the emails.1 vote -

Could you make it possible to travel forward and backward on event registration types? Similar to how you can move forward and backward on member profiles.

Group Registration type settings
It would be fantastic if there was a way to edit registration open and closed dates in their entirety (if there is more than one) rather than having to go into each type and change it, over and over again.

Enable registration regardless of waiting list count
Add an option to enable registration regardless of the number of people currently on the waiting list. Currently, you can only reopen registration if the number of available spaces exceed the number of people on the waiting list. It is helpful for us to keep folks on the waiting list, even if they decline the invite to fill a spot so we know how soon to offer a training again.

Wait list filter to include removal history
It would be wonderful if you could add a filter option to the waiting list so you can have a history for who you have removed.

Attendee Self Check in for Continuing Ed
We submit continuing education credits so the ability for attendees to check themselves in with an electonic signature disclosure via the app or website for events would be helpful.

Deposit for Events
We offer expensive classes that we would like the ability to take a deposit to reserve a spot in the class. We would need the ability to set up an event - say $1000 and take a $100 deposit initially and then pay the $900 at a later time.

At the time of RSVP or purchase of ticket we need to be able to have people select between food options or other options that need to be selected.

Customizable Event registrant export templates
We are required to submit event attendance lists (for continuing education credits) to our higher headquarters.
It would be nice to be able to have available a saved configuration for the Export registrants menu, so we could quickly generate this report. And it would be even better if we could specify the order of the fields, so that importing into our organization's required spreadsheet would be very simple2 votes -

Booth reservation system like map-dynamics
We are looking to be able to sell booth space for a trade show along with the tickets to attend the event. The trick is to display an interactive floor plan where potential exhibitors can select, purchase and thus reserve a specific booth(s). Once purchased, a booth would then be unavailable for any one else to purchase and the their company name would appear on the map showing the space is reserved. We used to use service called www.map-dynamics.com/which worked pretty well BUT does not offer any attendee ticketing options. That forced us to use …

Thank You note in Event section
A thank you note for the Event section. We just completed an event last night and I wanted to thank those who attending for coming. I used a Reminder email but had to change the registration date in order activate the emails. Once the event is completed we are unable to use the emails in the Event section to address the people who have attended. I would like Wild Apricot to include a Thank You option with the event emails.

Waitlist - limited registration questions
Currently the waitlist can be enabled to have the full set of event registration questions or just a few common ID fields. We use the waitlist to allow people to queue up for an event and that sets the order of who gets the opportunity to fully register. The full set of event questions can make the process slow for some users, so the quick people always get to the front of the queue. The limited set of ID questions is not enough for the organizers to know the registrants' choices.

reinstate "additional information" feature for events
I would reinstate a feature like the "Additional details" for events, so members can be given extra information, relevant only to members, vs. the information that displays on the website for the world to see.
