Contact email address
When we send out an email, the Organization "From email" address is always the sender. This should be a configurable setting to change this value when sending out emails.

Сlicking the Unsubscribe link within an email will unsubscribe the recipient for all email addresses associated with their account.
Someone may wish to unsubscribe one email address, but not others. Allowing them to choose or UNSUBSCRIBE ALL would make more sense.

Newsletter Template/Great Service
The newsletter templates are difficult to use as there are always issues with spacing, sizing of photos & type formatting. It would be great if you'd invest in making the newsletter templates easier to use. On a positive note, I was fortunate to talk with Chalini Vallepuram in your Service Dept., and she was incredibly helpful. She's a gem. Thank you for the great service!

I want to change the reply-to on an email sent from the "Event details" Email "tab" as mentioned in this help topic:

I would like to change the Reply-to to an email address that is not for a member, and I don't want to create a member account just for that purpose.

Need the old templates back
I would like the old templates back. They were clearer and much easier to use. I can't just resend an original notice for a 2nd reminder. I DO NOT LIKE THIS UPDATE!!!!!!!!

Insert link to news item in email
When composing an email it is easy to insert a link to an event - just click on the Link icon and choose from a list of existing events. It would be helpful if you could also choose from a list of news items.

Email distribution for manual waitlist registration
Waitlist -- When manually moving a guest from waitlist to registration list the "Send notification" should include distribution to the event organizer. Currently, distribution includes the event organizer when using auto registration.

Email AutoCampaign
Hi.
At some point, it would be great of you could set up emails in succession to go out on a pre-programmed basis, and either have the campaign be set manually to go out, or automatically in response to filling out a form.

Options to select a membership group or level as e-mail recipients
I find the choices of recipients when creating a mass mailing quite limited. IMHO there should at least be options to select a membership group or level as recipients, without having to create an "advanced search" to select them.

CC emails selectively
The CC emails to a secondary address is great, but would be much more useful if it could be set to selectively cc. Billing, Event, etc, emails as per the Routing of System Emails setting. This would then solve the "send invoices to the accounts department" issue for B2B associations.

REMINDER EMAIL TIME SETTING
I would really love to see an option to change the time of the reminder emails. If I have an event at noon on a certain day and I can only send a reminder at noon, that's too late. I would love to be able to send it at 8:00am.

Emailing Efficiently to Contacts and Members
Between my member database and my contacts database I have about 985 people that I can reach using my email/templates platform in WA. However, if I have a reason to email a subset of these categories of say 120 people, and these folks live in a separate excel file, there is no way for me to upload this excel file so I can easily send them an email from WA! I have to manually - one by one - search and select each person and add them to my email distribution list. This is CRAZY for a sophisticated database platform.…

When the system sends an email via Email Member. it would be great to either automatically send, or offer to send a Send confirmation email to the Sender.

On The Fly Email Template Signature Generator
Hi.
It would be great if we could create an email template that any Admin could use when sending out email.
You could create an email template, and then enter macros for {SenderName}, {SenderTitle}, {SenderEmailAddress}, {SenderPhoneNumber}, etc..
Then these macros could be set up as a signature in the email.
This way, you could have an organization email template that everyone could use.
