Allow us to have as many of member renewal notifications as we want - not a fixed number of before, on and after emails
Because our members don't have access to funds until the renewal date, the pre-reminder emails are not especially useful. However, we would benefit greatly from having additional post-renewal date reminders. We need least two more post-renewal date reminders for a total of four.

Our memberships are paid by colleges and universities, not individuals. We set Aug. 1, the start of the new fiscal (academic) year for the renewal date because colleges have access to the upcoming year's budget at that time. That means that we have 2 prior and 2 post Aug. 1 reminders. We would prefer flexibility as to when the reminders are set. If you want to limit the number of reminders, please just give us 5 and let us choose the dates. Yes, we could just make the renewal date later, say, Oct. 1, but from our experience, people don't spring into action until the actual renewal date and we prefer to make that date the start of the academic year.

Do you mean that current 2 are not enough and you need 2 more? And I'm not sure what you mean by "our members don't have access to funds until the renewal date", can you please elaborate?
