No good news here - it is very unlikely we will get here this year. The only workaround I can suggest is using our API to get invoices (by number, contact or daterange) - but it requires some development on your side.

I have been begging for a .pdf bulk download for 4 years!! Please!

The option for a pdf of the invoice to be sent automatically with an emailed invoice would be very helpful.

It would be nice if this worked liked Quickbooks Online (QBO). You can send the invoice via email (within the email) and then a PDF attached goes with it or there is a link for the PDF attachment. Most companies do want an actual letter sized invoice with invoice across the top of it.

I note that this was was first raised in 2015 - has anything been actioned on this. I agree with Julie, many businesses will query this format

Option to export invoices as a .pdf.

Currently a person gets an invoice via email. That same invoice (visually) can not be recreated through their member profile or any other way. I'd like the ability for invoices to look the same regardless of how they were accessed (email, online, pdf bulk download - crossing my fingers this will be a thing soon). Make it possible for an invoice to also be downloaded through a members portal in the same format/template as the original email template. The online "financial document" system page provides inadequate information for the payee. Alternately, if the financial document system page script could be edited to provide adequate information that would be acceptable too.

This option is really needed because an invoice sent by email can be altered when it is forwarded (to accounts payable for example). As a result, it is not accepted by a number of companies.

This is not #1, but it is important for my non-US members. They need invoices that have certain information including the association's name, address and (optional) bank info or tax ID. The WildApricot email invoice template can be edited to add this. But the online invoice does NOT have this. It should be possible for me to add this either by checkboxes (e.g. Wild Apricot adds it) or manually just like email templates. The important reason is that a member logging into their account cannot see the email invoice (which has the correct info for European accounting), they only see the Wild Apricot invoice record which doesn't even say what association created the invoice. I hope this request is clear, because my European members are clearly mad at not having this info on their invoices!

I have the same issues with companies no accepting an email invoice as an official document. There is often an approvals process on the payers end and may need sign off by more than one person to pay and then to process by the accounts team. This capability would certainly be a welcome improvement for me!

YES! This option needs to be made available. Please implement this option which should be standard practice.

It would be nice to "send invoice as PDF" to the member. There is the option to export an invoice as a PDF, but then I have to download it and manually send it to the member. It would be nice if WA had the option to click a button and it sends it as a PDF.
