It is a jpg field that we want to select on for the featured member gadget. ( not an attachment) If the “sample of my art” field (a jpg uploaded while editing profile) is filled we want to include the member in the featured member search.

As for sending notifications for new file uploads, I would suggest levereging Zapier or Make integraiton (https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/1953-zapier-integrations). Unlikely we will address it natively in WildApricot

We have many members that are missing profile pictures. It is cumbersome to do a manual search for missing profile pictures. I need a way to conduct a targeted search under the “Advance search tab” to generate a list of all members with missing profile pictures and then send them a targeted email reminder. I need to send email instructions to all members that DO NOT have a profile picture uploaded to their profile because the app is used like a portable membership directory.
Under contact details the field is described as "Picture" but this word/field is missing from the search criteria list in the Advanced Search Tab.
This would be a useful search to encourage compliance and to truly make our membership directory a visual one.

Would like to second Club Webmaster's comment regarding adding the ability to use the Advanced Search to determine if a Member has a picture or not.

This would allow a Saved Search for Members with photos which could be used in the Featured Members gadget.

Add the picture field to Advanced Search so, for example, we can search for members who do not have a picture.

This is a high priority item for us. As an Administrator of our site, I need the ability to find contacts that have uploaded a file attachment to a particular field on their contact record so that I don't have to search through 1000+ records to find those people that have uploaded an attachment file. I need the ability to track new people that uploaded attachments.

Attachments function need to be enhanced as follows: 1) Add flag that can identify member records with an attachment uploaded to it through Advance Search 2) send Administrator a notification when a document has been uploaded to a member's record

Allow searches based on whether someone has an avatar or not.

I would like this option as well. We have 800 members and require a photo. We need to know who has a photo and who does not. Would love to have search function on photo field. If you have a work-around please email me at secretary@hawkeyegunclub.com

I would like this option as well. I have a workaround, but it is error prone and requires the Admin to remember one more step. I have an example in PDF but I don't see a way to attach it to this Comment. Someone contact me please and I will send it.

I have clients who would use this functionality for the Featured Member gadget too. Either a search function or a setting in the Featured Member gadget "display only profiles with photo".
