    I would like to be able to customize the "from" email depending on the kind of message being sent for automatic emails. For example, for new members, they should get an email that's "from" the membership committee chair.

    We’re looking into this request in much broader context – we want to simplify overall management of contacts, lists, saved searches. Saved search should be perceived as smart lists and provide quick access to various contact and member groups.

    When signing up, folks should have the option of whether they want to set up automatic renewal or not instead of just only being able to go in and cancel it after the fact. It just seems really shady and spammy to force them to sign up for automatic renewal, but it is convenient for some members.
