My current process: when I add newly approved Minutes to a page, or when I make a significant update to a page, or add a NEW page - then I add an Admin Blog post that appears on the Welcome page to tell everyone. I additionally post on our Facebook closed Group page. Very laborious (read pain in the a$$).
Creating a Gadget that would be my alert would be awesome.Lee Anne Stone supported this idea ·

Facebook Groups have additional functionality not available on a Page. I find it frustrating that WA doesn't provide a gadget for it. Now that the WildApricot Membership Tribe closed Group is up and running perhaps you can see why we need this.

I want the ability to see who logged in on a specific day, not just the “Last login”. Create a field such as "Login date" that stores the date and time of every login of every member. Add option to search by Login date AND make the field reportable/exportable.

Membership level field would be useful as well.

I need a way to export profile photos with the profiles. One of my websites is a Class Reunion site, we need the fully-functioning Group Plan for 250 for about six months every five years. We are a shoe-string, volunteer group with very meager funds--we can't afford a paid site all the time.
Our reunion was last week, I'm currently adding photos and videos to pages for everyone to view. In four weeks I need to export the database and delete all but the core committee. We will change to a "Free (with Ads)" site for the next four and one-half years. We probably will not need any "member" pages. All pages will be Public -- no login required.
How can I save the photos WITH EACH PROFILE -- one high school and one current?
