Refund Email Sent from AffiniPay
The Wild Apricot process for canceling events and refunding attendees is multifaceted and cumbersome. Added irritation comes from the inability of AffiniPay to email refund recipients when their original payments were processed through Wild Apricot. The system generated messages from AffiniPay for refunds are NOT sent to those receiving refunds. Refund recipients would like proof of their refund which were not distributed from AffiniPay because their payment was processed through Wild Apricot.

linking store transactions to contacts
Please consider linking 'store' transactions to contacts. New customers would be valuable additions to Contacts and it would be helpful to have a record of money spent on our organization/non profit

Sending text messages/reminders
The ability to send out a text message to your membership and/or contacts through the system. A push for members to renew, event reminders, the ability to include a link if they need to vote on a matter.

Add QR code to Member App
When I register for an event using Member App, it should include an QR code on my ticket for easy and quick check in.
At this time, NO QR CODE on my ticket, I HAVE TO SEARCH for my confirmed email. Please add this QR CODE to my ticket.

Ability to change membership level when Pending Renewal
Members not being able to change their membership level when they are in "pending renewal" is a huge hassle for them and for administering membership. I'm sure there is some logical reason for the limitation, but it sure is frustrating.

Ability to sell event registrations at door to credit cards
Currently no way to sell tickets at the door - you have to tell walkins to pay cash or use a check... Admin App should allow door ticket sales just like eventbrite does where you can scan a credit card and sell tickets ad hoc..

You can receive credit card payments from the iOS Admin app if you are using the WA payments. If not, you can install the Square POS app or the PayPal Here app and use their credit card reader with our app. Feel free to check our help for more information:

Email Previews do not look like emails in Outlook
Previews do not even look close to what my Outlook email receives sometimes. It would be helpful to have more accurate representation of what is being sent to my clients.

Send event reminders to guests
Right now, you can set whether event confirmations and pending notices are/aren't sent to guests. But there are no options for reminder emails. Today, the only way to send a reminder to guests is to create a custom search for the guests at that specific event. It would be great to be able to be able to have a check box in the event setup to make this standard for an event.

Receipts that show last 4 digits of the credit card
Institutions vary in the documentation that they will accept for reimbursing payments - some will accept anything marked Receipt or Paid in Full, but others want to see the details of which credit card was used. As a result, I am interested in modifying our receipts so that the credit card type and last 4 digits of the number can be seen.
For example:
$20.00 charged to VISA XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-1234Is this possible?
32 votesWe now have dedicated field to save payment method identifier, e.g. last 4 digits of credit card or cheque number in payments financial document.
We will prepopulate it with last 4 digits of used credit card going forward by default.

Customizing Emails
We need to be able to modify our emails the same way we can modify our websites. The templates are a good start, but we should be able to add or remove sections (columns) and include dividers. I don't like being confined to a template... my newsletters have a lot of content and I don't want it to read like a long email. I want it to look like a constant contact email. This might be a deal-breaker as our emails are one of the most important elements of our organization.

Past Donations
When a logged-in member clicks on "Edit your member profile" and then on "Invoices and payments," information about past donations IS NOT INCLUDED, but it used to be, a few years ago. We DESPERATELY need this restored so a member can see how much s/he gave in the past, to help decide what to give again. Most of our donations are by check, so I don't see how PayPal/AffiniPay figures in (we still use PayPal).

Free-text answer / Open-ended question
Polls are great for structured questions, but in the annual awards we run they start with an open 'nominations' process, where a free-text input is required. The current option for 'other' doesn't really work for us in that scenario and I'd really like to be able to keep members within Wild Apricot rather than have to go and use Survey Monkey or something. Store Manager Administrator
Our association has various executive who have responsibility for specific tasks. One of them is an Equipment Manager. We rent out equipment to our members and we are using the Store function to handle that. Unfortunately, WA does not have a Store Manager listed in the account administrator options. It would be very helpful, if this option was made available.

Online Store Report / Download orders
We need reporting capabilities of items sold from the store. We can report on the invoices, but not at the item level.
Right now, all we get is an email with the order items and quantities. Keeping track of inventory involves reading through emails and adjusting order-by-order.

Maintain border and margin formats for photos in emails
When I format pictures with margins and borders they look fine in the edit mode of emails, but when they arrive at the inbox they disappear, allowing the photo to touch the text that wraps around it. Fix that, please.

Keep on current tab during editing a Poll
When in a particular poll tab, after you finish editing it takes you back to the general tab rather than where you were. Need this changed to not go back to the general tab.
