paypal express checkout
Currently, when choosing to use a credit card to make a donation or pay for a membership, the call to Paypal does not allow this without crediting a paypal account. If the call went to PayPal Express Checkout, this would not happen. Please provide a linkage to Paypal Express Checkout.

Product and Inventory Import and Export, Edit an order, Reissue / new invoice for an order
You just increased our price substantially. To justify continuing to use Wild Apricot to my Board, I need to use the other features in Wild Apricot, including the Store. This would be super and simplify our systems. However, to use the store, I need to be able to
(1) import and export product and inventory data, including initial inventory and remaining inventory so the volunteers can print themselves their daily inventory report.
(2) Create and edit customer orders - for example the customer calls and says they ordered 2 by accident, the admin should be able to adjust the order…1 vote -
Embed PHP code onto website
Please support embedding PHP code via the Custom HTML gadget.
2 votesTechnologically it's impossible to embed PHP code inside Wild Apricot pages. For powerful scripting on pages you could use JS - we have no restrictions for this.

Add Supported File Type .PHP
I did a custom form and then a PHP file to do data validation. I went to import the file and was told file type not supported. PHP is a very common file format across websites and platforms. Why is this format not supported on this platform? This should be a standard file type format!!

Disable Directory Emails
The ability to turn off messaging from the directory so that the directory is just a list of members and whatever fields we chose to include there. Too much spam is getting through to our members making many of them want to leave.

Is there, where is or is it possible to change the text font size of caption text for photos in an album?
I am trying to improve my website to WCAG standards and the first issue is that the photos present on a page don't include text descriptions. When I put those photos into the photo album gadget and add text description to the photos, the text is to small and thin. There is only the Gadget Styles: Basic, Style 1 and Style 2 that even barely adjust this but I cannot find which option in the Colors and Themes page controls this and allows me to increase the size and width of the caption text specifically. feature to prevent a public event from showing on the members calendar
The Help guidelines state that if you add a tag to an event and don't select the tag the event should not show in the member calendar. I have tested this and it does not work. The event was visible to all members. Can this be investigated and fixed?
1 voteAs previous speaker role, you can specify tags in calendar widget to show only specific events.
If there're no tags specified in widget, all events will be shown in calendar.

Exports don't include custom fields
When exporting certain data to further understand our membership, only the default fields are available for export. What about creating reports that are flexible for each organization's needs? For example, I added a donor field to include "why have you donated today?", but when I go to export a large file for this information, there is no way to export that info. Please make export fields more flexible, or make a new report builder.

Other types of Campaigns other than just monetary donations
It would be nice to have features to support a Membership Drive such as a gadget to show current membership and membership goals, incentives for new members who sign up during the drive, etc. It would be similar to your Donation capabilities but not measured in dollars. I could also imagine clubs wanting to do different styles of drives, i.e. can goods, etc.

Removing bundle members and making them just contacts
I would like to be able to remove bundle members and just revert them to "contacts." We have organizations with bundle memberships and some people who are added as bundle members are using a personal email, and would still like to remain in our system, they may just no longer work at that organization. I would like to make them contacts and not have to suspend membership.

Give us back our Legacy editor
We REALLY REALLY hate the new manual email editor. Being able to imbed images with the text (and have them flow as we amend text), and access to the underlying HMTL to tweak layouts were ESSENTIAL to our marketing efforts.
You should at least have left the option to stick with the legacy editor and let us worry about whether the potential downfalls are worth it.I don't object to having a "beginners" editor available to those who need it, but forcing everyone to live with their limits is pretty paternalistic and, well, silly.
This might be the final straw…
31 votesOld editor consistently caused a lot of formatting problems. Usually, our users were not happy about the result emails and their appearance in different email readers. So we rebuilt the editor and returning to an old one is not an option.
The new editor removes some features, but at the same time, it helps to create more consistent and visually appealing emails.
We understand that there is room for improvement, and we are going to add features and fix problems in the new editor. If you have ideas on how to make it better, please create a topic on forum or vote for an existing one.

We don’t have any plans to adding Zoom to Wild Apricot.
To conduct online meeting (meetup , conference) you can just create the zoom meeting and place the link to event details or email, and share it with your members / contacts.

Renewal policy option: waive dues for x months
The use case is an organization seeks to waive dues for the upcoming month for a month, say August. This means that the membership will not receive any notice of an amount due and will not see a “Membership renewal overdue” in the lower righthand corner of the browser window.
Prior to the following month, September, the pre-set dues communication and collection process would resume.
I could see this being an option under the Renewal policy tab. “Waive renewal for X months"

I would like to have the member card avaiable for download on the member app so when members are shopping they can show their card.

Event registrant counts and export details
Please please please - make the following updates/corrections with regards to events:
1) on the Registrants and Invitees tab - in your record count - change that to registrations and only include active registrants. Right now it includes cancelled registrations. While that may reflect the record count it is very misleading to those of us leading events when we're looking for a quick count
2) when exporting the registrants list, DO NOT include the cancelled registrations. That's a real pain point - especially if you have a large registration list.1 voteAll of this can be achieved using standard WA functionality:
1. You can filter completed vs all registrations in Registrant filter
