Connect chapter accounts to HQ within Wild Apricot
It would be nice if we could link Chapter accounts to the parent organization's WA whereas members in the Chapter can be managed at both the local and higher level all within the same account. Having an organization hierarchy would be very useful.

A chapter membership field
Similar to the group participation field a separate system field called chapter membership could be a very useful way to enable access control by chapter memberships.
Mixing this into the group participation field is problematic because choosing chapters can be publicly available through the member profile while group participation sometimes is managed only by administrators.

Disable renewals for headquarter members
Our association has a parent company where all the membership dues go and then chapters for regional areas. The chapters do not collect the membership dues but advise members when their memberships are about to lapse.
Future: If you create a membership level that is zero cost to members and you enable renewals, you need to disable the renew button in member's profile so they do not renew through the current website. This way you can send the reminder emails that membership is going to expire and we can link the members to the correct location to make payment of…

Self-service to clone a website
Currently cloning a Wild Apricot website requires intervention from WA support. While the service around cloning is usually pretty quick, it may be of benefit to administrators to be able to clone a website on your own without Wild Apricot support. This sort of functionality may be granted only to partners or to trusted customers, but in general cloning has the following benefits:
cloning is useful when doing a redesign of a website. Cloning a site and applying theme ideas can be easily done without needing to modify the core platform
creating a "template" website could be useful when creating…

Dashboard for an admin to use when managing multiple WA sites
Multiple sites dashboard
Add a dashboard for an admin to use when managing multiple WA sites. Similar to a TweetDeck. For example, I am the national coordinator for multiple WA sites that are assigned to our regional chapters. I would love to not have to log in separately to each site account for specific tasks such as viewing their account info (plan, admins, etc.). Having an at-a-glance dashboard showing all of our accounts would be helpful to me.1 vote -
Tiered membership database
Our Chamber of Commerce is a world-wide organisation and I'm testing out WildApricot in our local chapter.
I believe it would provide massive value to our members if we can someone consolidate our member database across the globe so our members can connect with other members abroad more readily.
Ideally, you'd have a master admin from the top level and then have various tiers/levels that can be assigned a separate admin.
Our structure is something like:
World
Country/Continent
States
CitiesMight be a bit far fetched, but you don't know unless you ask!

Managing multiple groups or chapters in a single Wild Apricot account
Some organizations need to manage separate chapters/groups within a single Wild Apricot account (and thus only one website).
Here's the current state of this functionality and links to related threads:
Each chapter can have its own website section and there can be web editors with permissions limited to a specific chapter section (existing functionality)
Members can be separated out into chapters through a use of Groups field or a custom field (existing functionality). One aspect that is currently missing is the ability to assign per-chapter membership managers. There is already a thread dedicated to this, see http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8825755-new-admin-role-membership-manager-limited-to-spe
