member directory formatting functionality
Right now - there is very little formatting to the fields/columns in the Member Directory Gadget
one specific issue is that each field appears to be aligned center - from top to bottom
other columns have multiple lines -
as such - the member name is in the middle of the other information - rather than being top-aligned - which we would prefer - so that someone can easily read across from the name to the first line of the next columns9 votes -
Displaying web page images on social media
I regularly experience problems sharing pages on social media, as images (so important on social media) either do not display, or I'm unable to select which of several images on the page displays. I would love to have the web pages more social media friendly for promoting our events and blog posts.

Matching Column Lengths in Layout
In email/newsletter blast templates, you offer several layouts that include double columns. However, as you enter content, the columns are no longer matched in length - so if you color the background or the borders, the columns don't line up with each other, and they also don't match up with the next section of one column following under the double column section. It would be good if there were a way that the columns could have matching lengths so that all the lines met, and if you color the backgrounds for the various sections it would look like one integrated…

Color and styles by page
The color and syles are very, very difficult to match to pages.
You should be able to select each page and change the colors on the page rather than being forced to make global changes affecting many pages inadvertently.

Embed LinkedIn login option as one of the preferred website login options
As you know, many HR and Business professionals (particularly Recruiters/Talent Acquisition specialists) leverage LinkedIn as their preferred social network of choice, and use the LinkedIn login utility (instead of Facebook or Google+) as a means to login to jobsites (Indeed), professional/society webpages, etc..
Can the LinkedIn login also appear on the Wild Apricot client's webpage, as one of the login options?

Add Preview functionality when creating or editing a page
I'd like to be able to be able to preview a new page or an edited page - to see how it looks in Public View - without having to toggle to Public View and then toggle back if I see that changes are needed. Most content looks the same in both Admin View and Public View, but this isn't always the case.

Splash Page
It would be wonderful to have the option of adding a Splash Page to our website to advertise to non-members and the public, some of our current events, with time, place, cost, features, etc.

Better and easier ways to sort photos in Photo Albums
More intuitive, interactive sorting method for the albums; e.g. drag and drop. The alphabetical change a year ago is a big plus. Thank you. But in addition, a drag and drop (or move) of the 'icons' would be great.

Universal footer
Capturing a suggestion from one of our customers:
Universal footer option so we don't have to keep changing the footer on three or four templates - or ability to copy complete template layouts/columns and paste to another template. Sometimes we have a lot in one template footer and then I have to open 2 different browsers just to copy all the settings from one to another template.

More Flexibility to Specify Members Included in Directory
At the moment, the only members that can appear in the Directory gadget are statuses Active and Pending-Renewal.
Even if the Directory is set to display from a Saved Search that includes other member statuses, those members are still excluded.
I suggest that when the Saved Search specifically includes other statuses, those members should not be automatically excluded.
In other words, if the Directory gadget specifies a Saved Search and the search includes a Member Status criterion, then the default exclusions on status should not be applied.
This will have more flexibility if and when multiple logic levels are implemented…

Allow dual conditions for access to membership areas. You must be in the selected membership type but not in this group list.
Would allow you to restrict problem members from accessing membership areas until the problem is resolved. Program would check if they are in a specified membership type but would also check that they are NOT in the named group. This could also be in the positive mode by Requiring them to be in specific group list.

Improved Member Search Capability
Improve the search string capability. Right now, It gives people the impression that they can search for any word and find where it appears on the website (forums, events, blogs, etc) but it doesn't do anything close to that: it just searches for web pages. If it could search for events, posts, and members, then it would be helpful, but as it is, it's just a false positive because once you start using it, you realize it's not a very powerful search function.

html view is inconsistent
When I am working in html view, (either in the site page or the email template) why isn't the html view consistent in the display - sometimes it is all lumped together and sometimes it is displayed in a clean manner.

Setting who sees what pages in one spot rather than having to edit each page
I have several membership levels, each with access to specific pages depending on their membership level. To do this I have to go to each individual page to set access levels. I would like a feature that would allow me to designate pages to specific membership levels without having to edit each individual page.
I envision seeing all pages listed with a radio button for each membership level maybe so I can scroll down the pages and designate who sees what pages in one spot.3 votes -
Login link should redirect to starting page when contact already logged in
Currently, logged out members are taken to the configured starting page after logging in with /sys/login
However, if members are already logged in, /sys/login takes them to the home page. I think this should also redirect the member to the correct starting page.
