Allow admin to create additional "Member activation email"
Current feature:
Only ONE editable "Member activation email" can be send out to a new member.
Desired feature:

Option to give non-member contact website login privileges
We would like to give contractor contacts the ability to log in to our member-only website pages. Since they are not associated with any member organization, there is no way to do this except to create a dummy organization and add them as bundle members, which then causes the faux organization AND every contact to appear in directories, unless you go in and manually select the no access radio button for every single privacy item for the organization AND each contact. What a hassle! Seems like this would be a common need. Instead, I'd like to see two checkboxes in…

Forced cache.
When we update a page, most people have to refresh or delete their cache so the new page comes up. It doesn't happen all the time, just sometimes. Usually when it's really important! Can't the system offer a forced cache so when a page is updated, the new information loads for users?

autorenew macro
WA should provide a macro that shows whether a member has signed up for membership autorenewal.
One of our biggest renewal issues is that people think they HAVE signed up when they haven't, and their membership then expires because they didn't pay.

Fill in user and event information for Square payments transactions
Square transactions (when using Square for mobile payment) do not include the Name, ItemTitle and InvoiceNumber fields. (They are included in PayPal transactions. Examples attached). The CustomerID, CustomerName and Customer ReferenceID fields are not currently being used.

As for invoice number – if you are talking about Wild apricot’s one it will be displayed in a “Description” column. Your Wild Apricot application should be 1.7.1 version or higher in order to record it. -
Please add Avenir Font Family asap
May I suggest you add the Avenir font family to the list of font options?
It's the most popular font used on websites and more people would be willing to use your membership software if this font family was available too.

Subscription signup
We would like to make two different contact forms, one for newsletter subscriptions that only asks for name and email and can be added as a widget to our Wordpress home page, and another for class signups that asks for address, phone, etc. Currently the only option is to use the same fields for both.

Ability to switch membership level more easily
Two suggestions for making it easier for members to switch from one membership level to another, in our case from an annual membership (renewal required each year) to a sustaining membership (recurring payment of dues authorized):
First, I would like to see a link in the INVOICE sent for renewal/dues payment to include a link for switching to a different membership level, something that would trigger a new invoice to reflect the change and void the old invoice.. As it is now, when a member gets an invoice, it would take a few extra steps to go to his/her profile…

HAVE A DIRECT PHONE NUMBER TO BILLING
YOU SHOULD HAVE A DIRECT PHONE NUMBER FOR BILLING. INSTEAD OF HAVING TO WAIT TO SOMEONE CALLS YOU BACK ( AND THEY NEVER DID)

Integration with Spark Business
I will need to set up the online payment system, but it won’t let me even look at the options until we switch over to the paid account AND I put in a ticket on April 7th inquiring as to compatibility with the client’s current online pay system (Spark for Business) but have not received any answer.

Payment Method on Registrants page
It was so convenient when I could just glance at the registrants page and see what method each person used to pay for the event. I don't know why you got rid of this in the last update.

Updates to Event Email Defaults change only those events using the default emails
It's great to be able to define default event emails for confirmation, pending registrations, and reminders. Most of our events use the defaults, but we have a few that do not. I want to be able to change the default emails and have that default applied to existing events that use default emails, but not applied to those events with modified emails.
