Subscription signup
We would like to make two different contact forms, one for newsletter subscriptions that only asks for name and email and can be added as a widget to our Wordpress home page, and another for class signups that asks for address, phone, etc. Currently the only option is to use the same fields for both.

Are both forms aimed for email subscriptions? Or is the class subscription is for event registrations?
