An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedSorry for a long reply - this is still in queue and small chances to have it in 2011.
Note also related post http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8826364-future-dating-blog-posts-5011 about future-dated posts.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedNo, this is not possible now but it looks like a good idea so I move it to our Wish list forum.
And can you please give more details on what you are trying to achieve? It's not common to remove blog posts so I'd would really want to know more of what is behind that.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedWe also need to consider that invoice can be paid with several payments - but this is rather an exception so I agree that having a way to send payment receipt right from invoice is a good thing to have.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedActually, in current design invoice and payment are two different documents. When invoice is paid, you will see link 'Settlement details' near Balance due label or under Total amount. This will open Payment receipt and there will be E-mail button so you can e-mail payment receipt.
Try look at http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Resend+or+Print+Invoices+and+Receipts and

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedThanks for suggestion - we now that forum module needs a major upgrade. Unfortunately, there is no chance we can have anything here in 2011

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedYou're absolutely right - current behavior is actually an oversight, almost a bug :) I will add this into our internal system so we can change this - this is a very simple change.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedVery good comment - thank you! Somehow we missed the ability to allow "dropdowns" with extra cost - now we have only radio options and checkboxes. Will add this into our product queue.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedMoved to Wishlist. Let's see other comments.
The problem with this is that it's not always clear what types to hide and why. For example, you may have free registration type called "Waitlist" or "Volunteers". Even if member is logged in, he still should be able to register as "Volunteer" for free.
For now I can see a solution as an additional option into registration type' settings - something like "Hide for logged in members". This should be somehow combined with existing otpion "Hide if unavailable". And I also think that just new option is not enough - there should be ability to select levels of membership for which hide the registration type (you might have "free" levels of members that are basically the same as regular visitors).
Any comments on that ?

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedBecause we do not yet have enough requests in this post to put it there. We have a number of much higher priority items to work on (e.g online store, recurring events, RSVP for events, etc.)

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedLet me clarify: you made a search withing contact database with criteria "Latest Donation Date" "This Year" and then exported found records to Excel. In the Excel file you are looking into "Total donated" column and see "total amount the donor made over the life of their donations". Is it correct? If yes, this unfortunately "by design" behavior. The reason here is you're using contact export feature - and it gives you a list of contacts that match your search criteria. There are a number of predefined columns in this export. Basically, contacts export is not intended to be used as donations report. We have a dedicated Donations report inside Donations tab and also Export of donations. You can export donations into Excel and then group records using contact name/email. This is a workaround, for sure.
As far as I can see, we are talking about dedicated report that shows total donations within a period of time grouped by contact - which is not possible now (except Excel workaround I mentioned above). An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedI'm not sure I understand how grouping of donation would help to resolve this particular problem. When you mentioned "a donation from 2009 was counted in this year" what do you mean by "counted"? Did you use any specific report? If it was donation report, how could a record from 2009 get into 2011 if date range did not include 2009?

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedNo, this is the proper place. We've had no progress here, sorry.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedWhile this feature is still in our development queue, I can suggest a workaround. It's very easy, actually.
* Once you done with your newsletter template - I mean when you're ready to email it, just click HTML button in the panel and copy everything from there.
* Next, create a new page in your site and while in edit mode, again click HTML and paste everything there, close the dialog.
* Then you will have to remove all macros from the text (as they are for email version only) - delete them or substitute with corresponding text (manually). Do not forget to delete Unsubscribe link in the end and probably copyright footer. Also teaser in the header.
* Save the page.
* Optionally, you can change page settings and specify friendly URL for this particular newsletter.
* Then you can open your ready-to-send newsletter and add the link to the page into email (using standard Add Link feature from editor - select the page you created).
* Email You can create a dedicated page in the site - called Archive - and add all consequent newsletters as subpages. I think this workaround might work well in your case.An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedI was pretty sure this request was in our queue but I did not manage to find this. Now I added it there but I can say that this is not something that we are going to start working on soon. Probably, not earlier than in a year.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedThanks for your comment and sorry for a late response.
I have added your request to our analysis queue but unfortunately this is not going to fit into 2011.Here are my current thoughts:
1) Member should be able to review his own thread and comments in his own profile
2) Other members (and probably public users) should be able to member's recent comments and new threads in his public profile (if he allows to do this?)
3) Admin should be able to easily view communication history for any member (on member contact details screen, probably a separate tab for this) -

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedCan this be solved by using custom macro - see suggestion in http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8826109-custom-macros-for-email-blasts-10505
In this case you can create several custom macro for each specific footer you like and just add a macro into email to be sent.
Comments are appreciated.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedWhile we have a workaround (via import/export) it's still not very convenient to use - I agree that we need to do something about this. I'll keep it in wishlist for now - unfortunately this is something we cannot do easy and fast.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedTry using third-party services like twitterfeed.com - you provide your blog RSS url and the service posts automatically messages to Twitter and Facebook as soon as new post appears. Works smoothly and fully automatically once configured.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedI agree - the way I see it implemented is that we add Photos section into admin Contact details screen. This way admin can open member's admin contact card screen and manage his photos (delete or upload new).
Note: this is still not in our roadmap, waiting its turn.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedThanks for your comment, this is something in our queue but not for 2011

We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to send birthday emails.
You can try the integration by this link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2274-happy-birthday-to-wild-apricot-members

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedGood comment, agree.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedThanks for comments, we will take them into account. Not very soon, unfortunately.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedBut what happens when they receive the email? They will have to click on on email link and it will open WA site, not intended site. This means that email link should also lead to external site page, not WA page.

An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commentedIt's been release quite a while ago. Could you please describe the main scenarios/responsibilities of such a role (treasurer)?
Sorry for a late reply. Thanks for comments - but unfortunately this not going to be implement soon. There are a lot of other changes we are doing now plus there are more important forum changes in queue (like forums moderation http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8825590-add-moderation-of-new-forum-posts-3452 )
