As a club, we have assets that our members can borrow. However, we have no way to manage these "assets" in WA today. We'd like to be able to list the assets and offer a scheduling option to check out an item, then check it back in when returned (ex. like a library book but with the option to schedule for a few hours, a whole day, a weekend, etc.). This would make it easier for members to look online to see if an asset is available or not, when it will be available, and who has it. This could be used for books, physical equipment (bikes, paddle boards, canoes, kayaks, etc.) and other shared assets like overhead projectors, screens, laptop, etc. This would make the management so much easier.

We would LOVE this! We're exploring moving to RecHub for this very feature to help us manage our fleet (Capris, sunfish, paddleboards, canoes, kayaks, windsurfers, prams, and 420's). We need to be able to check in/check out boats and remove from the list for maintenance (very similar to a comment by Jean-Baptiste Leveque posted on 2/19/2021). Please feel free to contact me.

We've been using WA since 2013 and MANY times over the last few years, I've had to "clean out" files due to the limited space. Most of the "offenders" were photos. There is NOTHING more painful than "downloading" a photo which only opens it in a new browser tab, then right-clicking it, to Save graphic as..., then direct it to the right place, then save, rinse & repeat DOZENS of times. This is a massive waste of time.
As an all-volunteer group, none of us get paid to do this. I've clocked well over 50 hours a year JUST downloading all the stuff to keep us under the space allotment.
(for those wondering, I offload them into DropBox folders then provide a link to the "archives" for members or board to peruse)

This is turning into a massive LEGAL issue as all details in WA are part of our corporate organization. All 501 organizations are required to maintain their records so we need to know who edits, deletes, otherwise changes the data in our records.

I would love to see a true audit tracking at the field and form level for all the "behind the scenes" stuff in WA. For example, I can't see who created a new membership level, or who last updated a member record, or who edited an invoice, or who voided an invoice. From an admin perspective, this makes trying to figure who is monkeying around in the system a nightmare because there is no insight available. This is something that every other database on the planet offers.
