I am not saying members should be able to renew only on renewal date for all cases. But if a club wants so, it should be allowed. For example one club i support does cash basis accounting and doesn’t want to their membership revenue of new year to mix with prev year. Currently “limit renewal to within — days of expiry” doesn’t allow 0. So members are able to renew only 31st Dec. The club wants renewals to start only on 1st Jan which is their membership start date.

If you allow a 0 in that field and the issue of a few such clubs will be resolved.

Can the email template of all Member, event and other mails be the same as the Manual Email Communication template - Drag and drop supported? Currently, the templates are noo responsive. Any large image added to it distoirts how the email is seen on devices. Each image needs to be resized to the email width manually each time. Unlike in manually composed mails via the Communication - Email option where this is managed by the template itself.

The header, footer should be common to all templates, including members emails, event emails and payment emails. Currently, when a change needs to be done to ALL THE EMAILS sent by the website, the admin has to go and edit almost 30 templates. There should be one place (like how page templates work) where the change is done and it propagates to all email templates sitewide.

We need ONE stanrad template for all emails - not just manual but also the system generated emails - that can be applied to the website website so the look and feel of each email going out is the same. Currently, if I have to change the footer of my mails, i have to go and update all event email templates, member emails, manual email templates, invoice/receipt templates, donation receipt etc etc - the list goes on.

Please add an option so that members can input certain fields e.g. Name and email during application, but not edit them in profile. Changing the name is as good as transfering the membership to someone else. The clubs may not want that.

Please add "Change status to lapsed" to the first "If not renewed within X day(s)" option just like how it available in the second and last "If not renewed within X day(s)" option. In short, allow Lasping at the first stage and then suspension and archival.

Currently stripe thru WA shows only card and google pay options in APAC region, while stripe supports many other options such as PayNow (singapore), apple pay, grabpay, wechatpay, alipay and more.

PayNow is the most widely used option in this region. IF you would prioritise paynow over other integrations, it will help many clubs in the region immensely.

    Hello everyone,

I've been working on this idea for a while, and most of you have described the same trap. You need a volunteer to run one or several events, and the only way to let them is to hand over your whole contact database and your finances. But there are different events and different needs. So I'd like to test the shape with you before we build it.

The idea is to maintain the current role of Event Manager, which currently grants access to all events. However, you can also limit this access and assign the person to specific events by choosing from one of three levels of access:

    1. Check-in assistant - welcome people at the door, handle walk-ins. Sees their assigned events and who's registered. Checks people in, signs up whoever turns up, takes payment at the door. Cannot edit the event or its registrations.
    2. Registration manager -
