API doesn't escape quote characters in JSON output
Using the API browser and obtaining a list of events, the browser returns invalid JSON if the event name contains a quoted string. For example, if the event name is "Merchant of Venice" Discussion, the JSON string for the event name is:
"Title": ""The Merchant of Venice" Discussion",
This is invalid JSON. The embedded quote characters need to be escaped: \"1 voteThe API browser is a tool to check an overall format of the API requests and responses. It could be uncertain in some minor cases. For receiving a raw data you could send requests to the API directly.
In this particular case, the API browser removes a ‘\’ symbol before quotes. -
Acess to Online Help
Don't make it so hard to get to the online help. The only way I could see to get to online help was to click on Academy and scroll to the bottom of the page.

Help pages
I find it really unhelpful that you can't now go directly to the full Help screens when you click on the Support symbol. All it gives you is the FAQ's and ticket requests.
5 votesThe Help icon is now back beside the Support icon. You can click the Help icon to view the Help topics, either within the inproduct help panel or on the external Help site.

Export email failures and delivered information to Excel
It would be nice to be able to export (email log) results for failures and delivered emails. Then I would be able to provide information on WHO received, opened and clicked on an email. This would help with getting 'failures' fixed too.
33 votesGood news out there!
Export email failures and delivery information is out there with our latest 7.21 release.

Better support for exporting events by contact/member
Improve reporting and exporting of events by member/contact. The ability to report or export event information by contact is very limited. In general it needs to be expanded. At the very least provide the ability to export the last event for each contact as shown on the List page under Contacts. Also provide the ability to export all events by contact.
1 voteThe ability to export all event registrations by contact was released in version 6.0

current year calendar header on Events in Member Mobile App
In the Mobile app, if an event is in the current year, the date is in red letters but it doesn't show the year. Nor is there a header over those starting in the current year that says 2018.
Older events that started in 2017 have both year and the header for 2017. It odd/confusing that we don't have either of these for the current year.
1 voteThe latest version of member app has year headers for each year.

App for members. Show phone contacts for each member.
It would be good to show for each member their mobile phone number and their emergency contact and phone number.
2 votesHello,
First of all, I saw two separate ideas there. So I split this topic into two and presented the idea about viewing a list of registrants here:
https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932/suggestions/33308326As of this particular idea, you can setup contact fields visibility in the Admin side on the web version.
Hope it helps!

App for members. Show a list of who registered on an event.
Ride Leaders need to see a list of who has registered for a ride. The only way to do this currently is via admin privilege on the web site. For the mobile app to be useful we need to see who is registered for a ride, not just those who opted in to have their name appear on the public roster.
9 votesWe’ve released this feature in the 2.1 version of the iOS app and the 1.3 version of the Android app:

Mobile app - allow members to access restricted 'member-only' events
Great start for the mobile app for members! Are there plans to allow members to register for restricted 'member-only' events? Currently it looks like the event must be public to show in the mobile app. Thank you!

The ability to say no or maybe to an event by admin
A simple event (meeting) where a member can respond Yes No or Maybe...if a member does not click on the correct answer but insteads phones and tells you their response, the only option an admin has is to say yes. I want to be able to say no or maybe as well.
