Help pages
I find it really unhelpful that you can't now go directly to the full Help screens when you click on the Support symbol. All it gives you is the FAQ's and ticket requests.

The Help icon is now back beside the Support icon. You can click the Help icon to view the Help topics, either within the inproduct help panel or on the external Help site.
