move blue tab
The blue tab that says "help and support" is covering up the scroll bar, please move it away or remove it entirely.
Thanks!
Fixed in version 6.4

Making changes that most users dislike leads me to believe that users are not included in the testing process.

Just a suggestion.. Couldn't you have it expand like you normally do now (within the same page), but have the button up on the current help bar on the far right? Then it could expand from the right when clicked...
To be honest it's confusing between 'Help & Support' on the blue bar and 'Support' and 'Academy' on the horizontal bar....

The new location of the help and support tab is very annoying. It is ALWAYS IN THE WAY of easy scrolling navigation (the situation was MUCH BETTER the way it was before you made this change). PLEASE find a better location. I also do not like that the help and support page does not open full screen. I need full screen to navigate around help and support to get the answer I'm looking for. As it is, I have to take an extra step to first open the page and then make it full screen so I can read and navigate through the information.

Team Support down below says:
"if you mouse has a scroll wheel in the middle, you can also use the wheel to scroll up or down."
You cant when youre editing a page unless you scroll right over the scroll bar area. Im sure this stopped being an option when the help tab appeared because when it appeared I wasnt able to scroll like I used to. -

I'm not denying the usefulness of having the help button easily accessible, but it is ALWAYS in the way. Please, put it somewhere else. It covers up the scrollbar, and then covers up the part of the screen I needed the help for. And I always seem to manage to close the help when really what I wanted was to move it or have it go back to a tab temporarily. Please find somewhere else to put it. Or make it dockable so I can put it where it works for me!

I like having access to online help easily, but the side positioning of the blue button really does impinge on scrolling up and down the page on a laptop. Clicking rather than scrolling doesn't seem to give me adequate control and just ends up with me getting frustrated I can't get to the part of the screen I actually need to see and work with!

Like the idea of having it at the top of the page.

Help opening on the same page is a great idea, however it does get in the way. “Info” coment to place it HIGHER on the screen is excellent. Do it soon, please.

Just a suggestion.. Why don't you move it to the support area that already has 'Support', 'Academy' and 'Feedback'. When the user clicks on it, the accordian slides out???

The new "Help & Support" tab on the right side, center, of the Admin View, seriously obstructs my vertical scroll bar on that side of my screen. I use that scroll bar all the time, since I use a small 13" screen on a laptop. How about replacing the "Support Circle X" with that nice blue button since you don't need 2 support keys so close together. That way I get my scroll bar back !

Hugh, if the blue Help & Support tab is covering the part of the scroll bar that you are used to dragging up and down (aka the "thumb"), you can click above or below the thumb, to scroll up or down. You can also click the arrows at the top or bottom of the scroll bar to scroll up or down. Finally, if you mouse has a scroll wheel in the middle, you can also use the wheel to scroll up or down.
I'm sorry this tab is in your way, but we received a lot of feedback from clients who wanted the help to appear within the product so that they don't have to switch back and forth between Wild Apricot and an external help site.
