  1. Non-URLQuery token option for webhooks.

    The Webhook's authorization settings are fairly limiting and leave a lot to be desired. The existing token system only allows for a urlquery based token auth and despite having a field for a name doesn't allow you to change the key for said query. At least as far as I can tell. Having an option for an authorization header, the ability to change the key in a query auth, and more authorization schemes, in general, would be beneficial for increasing integration on various 3rd party applications

    You can use “Basic” authentication scheme. It will send username and password in Authorization header.

  3. Ability to register on waitlist from member app

    Provide the ability for a member to register on the waitlist of an event from the Member App. Currently, if an event sells out, the only way to register on the waitlist is from the website. This is unfortunate as we have been pushing our members to use the app for all registrations. Please add this ability.

  4. Ability to sell event registrations at door to credit cards

    Currently no way to sell tickets at the door - you have to tell walkins to pay cash or use a check... Admin App should allow door ticket sales just like eventbrite does where you can scan a credit card and sell tickets ad hoc..

    You can receive credit card payments from the iOS Admin app if you are using the WA payments. If not, you can install the Square POS app or the PayPal Here app and use their credit card reader with our app. Feel free to check our help for more information:

  5. Send event reminders to guests

    Right now, you can set whether event confirmations and pending notices are/aren't sent to guests. But there are no options for reminder emails. Today, the only way to send a reminder to guests is to create a custom search for the guests at that specific event. It would be great to be able to be able to have a check box in the event setup to make this standard for an event.

  6. Email Template thumbnails

    I am really unhappy that you have removed the ability to put thumbnails up for templates. It makes finding the templates so much easier. I don't understand what possible benefit can come from taking away organizational tools.

    System automatically generates email template thumbnails based on actual content.

  7. Past Donations

    When a logged-in member clicks on "Edit your member profile" and then on "Invoices and payments," information about past donations IS NOT INCLUDED, but it used to be, a few years ago. We DESPERATELY need this restored so a member can see how much s/he gave in the past, to help decide what to give again. Most of our donations are by check, so I don't see how PayPal/AffiniPay figures in (we still use PayPal).

  8. Ability to copy a gadget or a whole layout in new email editor

    The new email editor released in v7.6 makes it easier to create good looking layouts with mixtures of gadgets. One thing that makes it difficult to be productive is the inability to copy a gadget or layout with gadgets that has been laboriously configured. If it was possible to duplicate a gadget or a layout with gadgets preconfigured it would be so much easier to build a template. Right now there is a fairly long "rework" of existing templates that really need to be recreated from scratch, and people resist the urge because they think it will take a long…

  9. Email Previews do not look like emails in Outlook

    Previews do not even look close to what my Outlook email receives sometimes. It would be helpful to have more accurate representation of what is being sent to my clients.

  11. Add QR code to Member App

    When I register for an event using Member App, it should include an QR code on my ticket for easy and quick check in.
    At this time, NO QR CODE on my ticket, I HAVE TO SEARCH for my confirmed email. Please add this QR CODE to my ticket.

    We’ve released this feature in our last versions of the app for members (2.2 for iOS and 1.4 for Android).
    There is a “QR code” button in the Ticket details screen now.

  12. Add online store API endpoints

    Currently the online store module data is not available through the API. There is a lot of analytical capabilities that are not available including product order reporting detail. If the orders API was open custom reports could be run through the API

  13. Store Manager Administrator

    Our association has various executive who have responsibility for specific tasks. One of them is an Equipment Manager. We rent out equipment to our members and we are using the Store function to handle that. Unfortunately, WA does not have a Store Manager listed in the account administrator options. It would be very helpful, if this option was made available.

  15. Like other users the speed on PC is virtually unusable

    I have tried different browsers on my PC but it doesn’t seem to make any difference.

    When composing a mail out, the constant auto saving locks the programme for a long time (because I have slow internet). By the time I can enter new data it is almost ready to save again. In addition even typing a single letter I do not see the result on my screen for a long time - 15 seconds is not unusual. While my internet is slow it is functional on other programmes and curiously wild apricot is more responsive on iOS at the…

  17. profiles in member phone app

    The mobile app would be much more useful if either all the member fields were displayed similar to what is shown in the member profile. Or at least, if they were selectable by the administrator. Also, group participation should show up in the profiles. We use the to show committees, etc. it would be helpful if members could quickly look up another member and see their participation.

  18. Ability to change membership level when Pending Renewal

    Members not being able to change their membership level when they are in "pending renewal" is a huge hassle for them and for administering membership. I'm sure there is some logical reason for the limitation, but it sure is frustrating.

  19. Secondary email for sending invoice via 3rd party

    For international Wild Apricot customers who aren't supported by any of the integrated payment gateways it would be useful if you could include the 'secondary email' field via the API so that we can send newly created invoice events to a third party gateway where an online payment email can be generated and sent to the customer's CC email adddress (in our case, the CC address is the address used by members for communications, with their primary email address actually being a made up username in the form of an email address)
