Events Title Not Editable
When events appear in the Upcoming Events gadget the title cannot be enlarged and is almost lost on the list. I have gone into Colors & Themes but the title of the event isn't listed for editing. I entered a test event and exchanged the Title for the Location and was able to make the title of the Event more obvious. See attached screenshot, the Jewelry event title was switched with the location field entry. Compared to the second event, Men's lunch the name of the event is much more obvious. Add to calendar that doesn't require a file download
People are used to being able to just click a button to add events to their calendar as opposed to needing to download a file and follow a bunch of additional steps. Can we please simplify the add to calendar feature since it's such a significant feature for memberships?

Categorize Event Registrations - Drop down selection
EVENT Registration - We would like to see our registration options able to be combined into several dropdown menus - ie: One Day, Two Day, Special Rates. Then under those headings we could detail out our member, student, non-member registration rates. We have several options for rates and it is cumbersome to have them all listed out separately. If nothing else, it would be nice on the first page - before we hit the register button - to not have the entire list laid out. People have to scroll way down to get to the register button and it is…

event registration transfer profile
Allow me to transfer event registrations to another contact, in the same way the individual linked in an invoice can be changed. I often have an administrative professional register one of their colleagues, but it ends up under the admin's account.

Event email targeting and reply, defaults
On Events creation forms, the Event Access Permissions and the Email targeting look almost identical, and our users get confused and forget one or the other. Suggestions:
- Make these two windows slightly different looking; either in color or shading or an icon to indicate where they are
- On the email targeting window, the default is pre-chosen as "all contacts"; can you leave that unchecked? Targeting of emails is important to us and this would ensure emails get properly targetted. (Ideal: If a target isn't chosen, email won't send.)

Ability to put back an event registrant to the waitlist listing - back to the original position
Be able to return an event registrant who came from a waitlist. This registration should return back to the waitlist, to her original position.

Event registration option deletions
When an event registration is modified by deleting a field, that field is no longer available for modification in prior completed registrations, nor is it reported in the exported event registration files. This is VERY BAD. That data needs to be available for modification on prior registrations, and reported in the export files regardless.

On our site we display in calendar format, but when the page is viewed on a mobile device screen we'd like the option to have it automatically display in list format.

Provide price owing for specific event marco
The Macro value you provided of {Contact_BalanceAmount} inserts the full balance the member is owning vs. just the value for this one event..

Payment for an event obligatory requires "Province" and "Telephone" number
Currently I am offering the option of "Online payment only". When proceeding with my credit card I am then asked: (1) "Province", and (2) Telephone number. Unfortunately, both entries are obligatory. (1) Whereas "Province" may be important for the US and Canada, they are not frequently used in Europe, and not at all in Austria. (2) There is NO reason to ask for a telephone number when making Credit card payments, and many of our members may take offense. I am thus asking you to reverse the two items from obligatory to optional.

Would like to add timed registration on Automatic wishlist
We need something similar to the option of time registration for the regular event for Waitlist registration.
When attendees on event wishlist are alerted via email message automatically they can now registered, there is no timed registration. The available space is now held up by them taking their sweet time to register.
We then need to get one of our volunteers to reach out to the attendee to push them along. It's extra work.

Anonymous reply-to addresses for events, not the Organizer's personal email address
Each event can have a different Organizer, chosen from our Contacts list. But that means that Automatic Event Announcements show every Contact that individual's personal email address.
Unless mailings go only to Members who can learn that address anyway, this is TOTALLY NOT safe emailing. Our mailings go to over a thousand people, many of which put themselves on our list.
In addition, in our Event Descriptions, we like to say, "For more information, contact Danny, at _@ ___________.com. The Organizer's email address should not be published there.
Although these are two issues, maybe you can resolve both…

Event search by excluding tags
In Admin view, or in the Wild Apricot app, I'd like to be able to filter the list of events to EXCLUDE a tag. For example, I use a tag called "customer" and I'd like to see every event that DOESN'T have that tag.

Manually set a word limit for text fields in event forms
We would like to be able to manually set word limits for multiline text in event forms. Right now it allows 3,000 characters, but it would be nice to provide a cut of say 100 or 200 words for things like speaker bios.

Improve Event Calendar display
improve the calendar display: it's backwards in admin view. Should be early to late. Public view should be compressed - 1-2 lines per event so members can quickly scan down without paging thru each month or paging down w/ only 3 show per page.

Integrated Event Planning tool
Eventbrite has a event planning tool that is integrated into their platform with links and formats that help manage the logistics for an event. How about WA? i cannot find that similar tool...

Event macro for guests and registrant
Yes, this was very confusing. I phoned Support 3 times to make sure I had it correct. Next version maybe use the words "attendees" which includes the registrant and the guest(s). You could have a macro that adds registrant + guest count to be printed on the confirmation notice.

Photos displayed in upcoming events gadget
We would like the option to include a photo for each event in the Upcoming Events gadget. The gadget could then automatically promote the event with images or graphics without the need to create & sync additional html or slideshows.
If any event could have a key photo linked to it for reference in the gadget, on the registration page, in emails, etc. this would simplify the process.

Event Location Library
Some WA competitors keep a library of locations used in events to allow them to be easily reused in new events. Some typical solutions are to provide either a drop-down list of previously used locations or a separate pop-up dialog for managing the entries (with, of course a provision for entering a new location).
