please have blog posts come up in the add link section so that if I want to reference a listing I don't have to cut and paste and toggle back and forth to get the site.

Allow members to add their images to blog post
Allow members to create more attractive blog posts (newsletters or stories) and include images into content.

incorporating blog into website
Unless I just have not figured out how to do it, I would love to incorporate our blogger blog onto our website. It is confusing to our families to try and remember where many of our articles are. www.chek.org and www.christianhomeeducatorsofky.blogspot.com

Control how many blog posts are displayed by Blog gadget
Currently, as I understand it, the stock Blog gadget displays up to 10 posts. I'd like the ability to choose how many posts to keep displayed on the root Blog Page. (Others seem to have asked for something similar but referencing the Recent Blog Posts gadget rather than the Blog gadget itself.)

Recent Blog Widget not Refreshing on it's own.
I called into Tech support and this is an issue they are working on. Maybe it's just my site, or others are having the same issue.
Workaround - If you find this happening on your site:
* ADMIN VIEW
* WEBSITE
* SITE PAGES
* BLOG
* EDIT (you don't need to make any changes)
* SAVEComplete and refreshed!

Allowing "Blog" to be viewed in a new window or tab, separate from the website, so that individuals can explore blog more easily.

Use blog title for URL
Currently blog article's URL is numeric based. This makes it unreadable for people who you share the link with and this is not good from SEO point of you. The URL has to use blog title.

duplicate blog posts
I would like to be able to duplicate individual blog posts.
This would be extremely helpful when there is standardized formatting that takes quite a bit of time to set up in a post.
Copy/pasting between individual blog posts is time consuming!

Comment moderation
Make it so that comments are not shown for others to read until moderated (approved) by an admin team member.

Allow blog posts to be posted to the top of a post with a sticky option.
There are blog post that I would like to stay pinned to the top of the post.

control blog excerpt length
I don't see a way to control the length of the "excerpt" generated by the RSS for the blog posts. Typically the user can control either the number of characters or the number of words;

Big Improvements to Blog widget
Update the blog preview gadget to allow scaled thumbnails, as well as more characters in the actual preview of the text.
Update the blog gadget itself so that administrators can list someone in the "by line" without changing the CSS, and make the posts so that you can save them to publish later (even with you select that you want to publish a posts several days later on the calendar, it posts anyhow - it doesn't work like it should.) Finally, make blog posts so that they can be sent out in a blast email without having to sign up…

Raise the file limit enough to post a 30 minute audio podcast.
Raise the individual upload limit to accommodate audio podcasting.

Be able to add small pictures in title of blog
Add the ability to put a small picture (of author) in the title of blog. Many RSS readers use this picture to link Rss stories.

Allow for saving draft versions of blog post
I don't see a way to save a draft version of a blog post that I might be working on. As a result one need to make the post live even though you might need to make several revisions over a period of time to get it just right and truly ready for posting.
