Zapier is the industry leader in automations and software integrations. I would love Wild Apricot to be able to sync invoices and sales receipts to QuickBooks Online.

Zapier seems to be the integration platform that I come across the most (and that I am using). It would be great if you could develop integration through Zapier with other products in the marketplace!

Agreed. We definitely need Zapier as well as Integromat.

While Integromat allows for some great stuff it is as noted by some folks not all that easy to use. Also there are other 3rd party applications that are not supported by Integromat but are supported by Zapier.

While we are talking about this it would also be good if there were some additional integration functions in Integromat for Wild Apricot such as:

Forum integration:
Trigger when any new post is added to a forum
Trigger when any post in a forum is edited
Ability to retrieve the post from the above triggers as either text or HTML
Ability to post reply to above posts
Ability to retrieve Forum identifier from description
Ability to add new post to a forum using identifier above
For all posts to also have the ability specify the ID of the person posting.

Yes - we could reach out to all the application owners who integrate with Zapier and not with Integromat that we want to use and ask them to provide Integromat support. But that would be looking for many changes. Going through WA only need to do it in 1 place

One vote for Zapier. Been using them for years. They rock.

We're already doing really roundabout integrations through Zaper. For instance--when a new member applies, we receive an email. We use Zapier to connect with our gmail account, parse the text of that email, create a new row on a Google Sheet, and a notification in Slack. But it was a monstrous process that would have been greatly simplified if you worked with Zapier directly.

i am trying to use Integromat and am having a very hard time. it is definitely for people who have a high level of technical understanding and skill.

i think the usage metrics for Integromat will thus not reflect the true need or desire for such integrations. programs like IFTTT and Zapier are much more user-friendly and thus would be more more highly used than a program like Integromat.

please consider making APIs for these easier to use programs!

Totally need this. It would save SO much work for us.

Zapier, or a feature like this, is absolutely crucial for us continuing to use WA. The workarounds we have found are awkward, difficult and inefficient. I really hope that you offer a feature like this soon.

We are looking at a package like Wild Apricot, but without a Zapier interface, you aren't in the running. That is a pity, because the system looks like a perfect fit...but it is no good if we can't link it to our accounting system and other systems. :-(

I would look at Cazoomi as well as Zapier - both do similar things - Constant Contact I know works with Cazoomi - we also use Salesforce (nonprofit donation) and would love to be able to link the membership and events in WildApricot to the organizations and contacts in Salesforce

When our organisation first subscribed to WA it was because we wanted a good membership system but we are increasingly trying to use WA as a learning management system, but it has very little capability to do this. If we could link WA to other systems eg google drive through zapier that could be the answer. Otherwise, we may eventually have to migrate to a LMS which would be unwelcome.

Zapier and/or Cazoomi - right now using Cazoomi to integrate Constant Contact to our Salesforce - would like to have one of these products to synchronize our membership data etc. with our Salesforce CRM
