We are researching Wild Apricot for our club but the fact you cant bulk print invoices on renewal looks like a deal breaker. I find it hard to believe that this facility is not available in a product that purports to be a club/association software solution. Not all members have email and even if they did, many clubs choose to send hard copy invoices.

Cmon guys what could be so hard to get this to work?

As for the bulk invoice printing. I’m not asking for a lot – just the ability to print all open invoices at once. Try doing it a couple times on your own and see what a ridiculous number of steps your system requires.

Step 1: click Finance tab.
Step 2: Filter “with open balance”
Step 3: Open first invoice
Step 4: Click “Preview & Print”
Step 5: Click “Print”
(opens printer tab)
Step 6: Click “Print” on new tab
(return to main screen)
Step 7: Click “back”
Step 8: Click “next”
Step 9: Repeat Steps 4-8 for each invoice.

This month isn’t so bad – I only need to do it 27 times. In March, there were 89 invoices.

Please add the ability to email and print invoices in bulk. We have 500+ overdue membership renewal invoices that need to be emailed and/or mailed by regular mail. Doing this one invoice at a time is going to take days, even weeks. Also, when exporting the list of outstanding invoices to Excel, the address of the contact should be an option to export so that a mail merge can be done for envelopes or labels.

Being able to print invoices in bulk or batch should be available and they should be able to be customized to fit into a window envelope.

I would like to be able to print the invoices all at once in the invoice format that customers see in the email or by viewing it online. I don't want the excel spreadsheet, I want the actual invoice in a pdf so I can bulk print.

To Diane's point... it would be nice to add a bulk print feature to be able to print ALL invoices or ALL open invoices, etc. Rather than going to each record and printing each one separately. Not an excel spreadsheet! But a pdf version of the actual invoice as viewed in the emails or online by the customer.

We have many members who are older and don't have email, so we must invoice them by postal mail. Right now we do it by exporting the list of contacts with upcoming renewal due dates, reformatting the resulting Excel document, and then using the mail merge feature in Word to create invoices and mailing labels. It's a lot of work for something that should be simple and directly available through the WA interface.

It takes 8 mouse clicks per invoice to print them out. I just printed 330 overdue invoices to send via postal mail. 2,620 mouse clicks. It took hours, and by the end I was truly annoyed at Wild Apricot.

Want to print the visible list of recent invoices form invoices screen. No way to do that easily without exporting, then reconfiguring in Excel, then printing. Too cumbersome!!

Pleeeeaaaasssseeeee add a feature to print out invoices in bulk. I must print 225 invoices to be mailed since many of our members are older and don't use internet. I have to print each one at a time, 2 clicks each and very painfully done. My IT guy is not very happy with the lack of this option even though the rest of the program is great. A lot of manual volunteer labor to do this. Would also be fantastic to have a feature to print labels or do a mail merge to Word or something of the link to address envelopes. Thanks!!

Please make it a one click invoice feature, where it provides the name and mailing address for each contact/member.
It's very aggravating to have to print them individually when you have multiple businesses. Thank you!

It would be very helpful if we could quickly generate all outstanding invoices and not have to click on each individual invoice to print.
For example, my organization currently has over 200 outstanding invoices. I would like to be able to print them all at once.

Agreed! We waste hours every time we have an event. Our clients require itemized invoices and it is a huge hassle to print off each invoice individually.

It's not about people, Teri. We'll do this as soon as we can. I wish we can do it faster.

How many people have to want something before it happens?

This is a must add feature! Very frustrating to have 150 invoices that I need to print/mail and I have to go into each individual account. Taking hours to invoice at this point.
