Ability to schedule follow-up event email to attendees
I would like the ability to be able to schedule a follow-up email to all attendees of an event when the event is built.
We send out a customer satisfaction survey to all overnight/fly trip participants, and it would be great to just pre-load these in the event as we do Reminder emails and other customized event emails so they can go out consistently a few days after the event is over.
Currently there is no way to schedule a customized email to go out automatically AFTER the event is over.

Scheduling an email to ATTENDEES (not all registrants) would be extremely useful to professional associations.

I added my vote to this request which was originally suggested in 2011!!!!
It's coming up on the 10 year anniversary of WA users first requesting this feature. Please let it burble to the top of the heap.

We need to send emails to event participants on the day the event ends to explain their trial membership. Then we need to send emails a week before their trial membership ends and again on the day it ends. It would be great if we could modify the existing event emails to be sent a specified number of days *AFTER* an event. That would address our need perfectly.

If you want you can use the 3 emails for current registers called reminders. The trick is to set the date of the past event to the current date or later. And then you can use a reminder to send an email to all registrants. When done set the event back to the original past date. It’s w workaround but it works fine.
Please elevate this on the priorities list. As virtual engagement becomes solidified in our culture, we will want full integration of POST event functions included.

This is possible with Integromat integration. Our team is considering building a scenario to implement this as a workaround to the internal limitations of post event emails.
Any update on this request? I'm surprised this functionality still doesn't exist. Does anyone know of a workaround?

We would also like to have an automated email system for post event follow ups. Please let us know if it becomes available.
Evgeny, any updates on this request? It's been 9 years since the original idea was posted. Thanks.

It has become common place that once you sign up for a webinar you receive an email after the completion of that webinar with the recording. It would be very helpful to have an email automatically available in the event system that would create that follow up email and we could drop the link to the recording into it.

Our organization has submission events that last for multiple days with the end of the event being the deadline. Currently we can only manually "send now" announcement and reminder emails regarding the approaching deadline, because announcements and reminders have to be before the start date of the event.

YES we need the survey to be sent AFTER the event, not a minute before the event starts -_-

In "Events" you have email announcements and reminders. I'd also like to be able to do a Follow-up email after the event that goes to participants.

Options for emails AFTER events under event emails. (Able to schedule and isolate those who attended versus those who registered but didn't show up)
This would also be really useful to remind event registrants to register for the next event. We have a monthly class and participants register each month.
This would be a lovely update to WA... we're consuming time scheduling and doing these post-event emails manually. A hack of being able to enter a negative date on a reminder would be reasonable at this point.

Auto response emails for after an event.

I would like to send an automated email after an event to those who checked in - to solicit feedback.

I agree that this would be a huge timesaver to have an email scheduled for a day or two after the event.
My preferred recipient list would be "checked in" attendees, but maybe we could select all registrants or even "not checked in" registrants so we could say sorry you didn't make it.
Right now, we can manually email any of those groups by sorting the registrant list before hitting "Email" in the top corner--but that's all based on an admin remembering to get there and put it together.

You can set up an email to go out at the same time as the event starts, so that people can see it once the event is over.
