We have started analysis for this issue, and it seems that key problem is how Wild Apricot handles level changes close to renewal date. The system is currently designed to collect the full new level amount and set renewal date according to new level renewal policy. All prepaid amounts for old levels are disposed. Moreover, since no prorating occurs, the new level might be effective only for a few days.
As a first step, we suggest to redesign how level change is working and add prorating there:
- Level would be changed immediately, as now - Remaining portion of old membership level payment will be applied to new level - For new levels with specific renewal date (e.g. annual levels with renewals Jan 1st) apply the pro-rating settings for new applications: - Allow member to pay only a pro-rated amount of the new level fee (e.g. six months before renewal…Judy Pfeiffer supported this idea · -

To globally change the company/association address on all email footers would be VERY helpful.Judy Pfeiffer supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Judy Pfeiffer commentedAllowing members to email blast other members would be very useful to a few of my associations. It seems it could replace listserve. I do agree that it should be a feature members or admin could opt out of.

An error occurred while saving the comment Judy Pfeiffer commentedThis would be a HUGE benefit to several of our associations that we have moved over to Wild Apricot. Please make this happen. Having this feature would eliminate needing ListServe.

We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them demonstrates how to send event attendance certificates as professionally looking PDF files.
You can try the integration by this link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2303-send-pdf-certificate-to-event-attendees

We have several associations that want to have a printable directory. Crazy but true! :-)Judy Pfeiffer supported this idea ·
Love this post! Exactly what we need: "I'd like to see this as an option for admins only. You're writing up a blog post, and there's a checkbox at the bottom to allow you to email the posting to a saved contact list (like you do when sending emails) if it's applicable for that posting."
