Be able to followup on email recipients that did not open or click
My wishlist item:
The result I want is a segmented recipient list that allows me to, for example, send a follow-up message to those who clicked on a certain link or those who didn't open the email the first time.
Right now, I can download the saved list from members/contacts then manually mark opens and clicks as I find them in the email log. I can't download the recipient list from the email log including opens & clicks, though. That would make this easier. Even better would be the ability to segment the list from within the email log where I can see opens & clicks. I'm not attached to downloading, but I do want to be able to play with the data.

I would like to have the ability to download a list of users that open/dont open email address to have the ability to follow-up and interest OR the ability to purge inactive users.

Email is one of the few ways we get to "see" our membership. They're already inundated. By the end of the day, there is a metric ton of emails ahead of the ones we send. This option is necessary.

In the "Links tracking" tab of an email log, I would like to be able to see who clicked on specific links in an email. Right now I can find how many people clicked on a specific link, but find who those people were is difficult.

This would be a HUGE benefit. The 'Resend to Failed' is great and helpful, having a 'Resend to Unopened' would be fantastic!
Folks sometimes miss the email updates in all the other email they receive, however, we try to not 'annoy' those who do see it the first go around typically resulting in them unsubscribing and missing out down the line. Would love to see this option!

Although I don't see my comment that was reportedly rolled into this thread, I do have a thought, possibly more important now that this Wish is comparatively ancient:
Clicks can be counted, but an email reported as "not opened" may indeed have been fully read. The open rate just measures how many emails displayed an image (I presume a web bug placed in the email by WA). Now that everybody's checking their mail on phones, your open rate might be much lower than the actual level of interest. My iPhone, for example, doesn't display images unless I tell it to do so on that particular email. In contrast, on my computer, Outlook is configured to automatically display images from senders I have designated as "safe."
In fact, affecting data at the other extreme, if I just scroll through my inbox, the email will be displayed in preview merely by clicking through the list. I may never click to “open” it, let alone read it. (I have not tested to see if Outlook downloads safe senders’ images before previewing, but I doubt it.)
I know of no solution to this situation, except to format your email so that the absence of a un-downloaded image is apparent (borders? captions? Alt values?), and to remind that an open rate should always be taken as a **relative,** comparing it with that of other emails and over time.
Although I've read no data on this, I suspect that over time open rates in general have been skewing low.
i would re-word this. clicking on a link does not mean they voted. if a person has not voted, it would be nice to schedule reminders similar to Events

We have some members who have not opened emails for some time. I would like to be able to query the system for members who have not opened their emails.

We have some members who have not opened email for some time. I'd like to be able to extract these records so we can attempt to contact them by mail to see if they've changed email addresses or if the email address we have in the database is incorrect. Please add this feature.
I agree - it would be nice to email people who have not RSVPd to an event.

I see that hundreds of emails remain unopened. I would like to be able to have a report listing email address, company and contact information so I can follow up with recipients and see if emails are going into spam folders, or whatever. I can improve my customer service and my contacts do not miss pout on our events and discounts. Thanks.
The email tracking data would be much more useful if I could easily copy or download it into a spreadsheet and carry out detailed analysis.
Right now, you can copy the data (only 50 entries at a time), but it gets pasted into a single column. You then have to manually separate it into the appropriate rows and columns, which is tedious and time-consuming.
Please make the data more accessible by providing an export button or reformatting the page so spreadsheets can understand the copied data.

Actually, it's not easy to do in Constant Contact. There is no reason that a simple single-button re-send to unopened isn't a capability of any e-mail system.
After posting a link in an email blast (say to a poll on Survey Monkey), it would be nice to be able to send a follow-up email a day or two later to anyone who had not clicked on the link.

This would be very helpful to us. We're struggling to communicate with members and see that we have about a 50% email open rate. I'd like to drill down and see if there are members who never open any emails, and then talk to them and find out why.
I found a workaround, which is to copy the lines from the email log page and paste into Excel. The data can then be manipulated to get what I need.
Unfortunately WA only lets me see 50 on the list at a time, so it's tedious to get more data than that. It would be nice to have this number be configurable.
I think this is similar to what I am looking for.
I can look up and filter the recipients that have opened a particular email.
I wish that I could then export this filtered list.
There is an export option higher up where the report will show the number of users who have opened, clicked, etc.
A list of the actual people who have or have not opened a certain email is what I am looking for.

This would be a great idea as further follow up emails could then be generated to those who have opened but not actioned event emails.
