    Could you, please, offer more than just one view of the email templates? Also, it would be helpful to have a search feature.

    I see that hundreds of emails remain unopened. I would like to be able to have a report listing email address, company and contact information so I can follow up with recipients and see if emails are going into spam folders, or whatever. I can improve my customer service and my contacts do not miss pout on our events and discounts. Thanks.
