An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedThere is one hard coded option (Last name, First name) that W.A. supports. This allows multiple fields to be concatenated on the same line. So this function can be done but admins cannot define their own concatenations. As an example, we have site #s, none/A/B location and whether Deeded or not. When I had this in one field it would correctly show in the Directory but any time that I would export and sort to look at our database integrity, the sort would correctly work on all sites that did not have A,B and/or Deeded in the field. I have separated these 3 items into separate fields and the export/sort works wonderful (as expected). Now, the best I can do is have these 3 items one 3 different lines in the Directory. Enabling a concatenation operation (code already exists in W.A. application) would combine all onto 1 line. A simple change to Directory Widget let user check or uncheck a box to concatenate the up to 3 items per column you can select.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedwhy not use alternative emails that can be setup in Member area and then enabled in Mail/Settings. unfortunately, this would auto send to both emails for any email sent (not segregate by sex or club type)

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedYes, whenever email blasts are sent to membership it would be good to have this automatically converted to a webpage that can be posted on our website. It is a real pain when new members join to send them out historical emails that are still relevant. Having a webpage where these can be chronological stored would be an elegant solution.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedi would re-word this. clicking on a link does not mean they voted. if a person has not voted, it would be nice to schedule reminders similar to Events

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedSince the WW smartphone market is about evenly split between Android vs. iPhone, it would make sense to use the EXIR tag to correctly rotate picture within WA application. Of my family and friends, it is pretty even between iPhone vs Android.
what astound me? That only 5 comments and 11 votes for this issue. I cannot imagine everyone else fixing the rotation in various programs trying to see if one will work correctly inside W.A.
Since this is a documented standard that all phones are using, it would make sense to have this included in W.A. code for any posted pictures. Hopefully this is a trivial sw change and I am sure that W.A. development staff have plenty of photos that do not orientate correctly. If not, I can supply a few :)

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedAgree. Being able to show all rather than a non-descript "1-50" would be ideal. Allow user to select 'show all' or paginate.
But the paginate feature should be similar to how admins view Member lists where it uses the first few characters of each last name to show what "1-50" refers to. This is one time, where the admin paginate should have been used for public viewing.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedI wish the Member GUI could be redone. Any time you want to do a mass change, it can be difficult. One example: let's say you have many members that you want to delete. So you first need to archive them individually. Then you need to delete and confirm (2 clicks) that you want the member deleted. The archive/delete function should be collapsed into a single operation/command. In addition, you should be able to select many members at one time (add a check box for selecting any member) and then perform a 'group wide' operation on all selected. If deleting a selected group, you get one pop up confirmation that applies to all selected members for deletion.
Unfortunately, how this was architected was looking at only modifying a single contact, not if you needed to work on a large group of members.
2 factor authentication should be for ALL especially when confidential data (BDay, SSN, credit card, etc) information is in the database. This is NOT just an admin requirement.
