For events:
Allow for deposit + balance payment
Allow for members to upload file when registering to event

There is an option to be able to do file upload as an administrator in the Blog Gadget. This works perfect BUT only for an administrator. When the MORE dropdown is clicked you can choose to upload a file. However can you WILD APRICOT make this FILE UPLOAD in the dropdown available to the member groups that has access to the designated page?

This would be valuable for our members to be able to upload paperwork for their membership enrollment.

When will this feature be made available? This has been a show-stopper in our becoming WA customers.

I no longer see this feature on the roadmap. What is the current status?

I would like an option for external people to upload document to complete an application for a scholarship being offered by the organization.

We'd like this too. We are a professional association. Our members often have short (1-5 min) informational videos on YouTube and other major platforms that they would like to post on their profiles.

I am not sure submitting events would help. We need to be able to download the abstracts and organize them in word documents.

Would be highly beneficial for two organizations I have convinced to switch to this software. Hinders us significantly to not have abstract submission. Very same needs as rmillstein

DayTripper Diva - not, it's not, otherwise it would be in "Released" status. Currently it has gone through internal analysis and design stage and waiting for its turn to get into development. As I already said in my previous comment, I cannot tell when it's going to be available, but I do not that this year (2015) has already been planned and this feature is not in the plans.

What do you mean, focused? Is this feature available or not?

I can only endorse what others have said (from what I can gather over a period of years!) in terms of the importance of this feature. In particular, a field to allow file upload by a member to his/hers/its profile. To satisfy the requirements of one organisation a couple of years ago, I utilized another provider as WA lack certain functionality. I have another project where I need to deploy a solution to a large number of trade organisations. I really want to deploy WA because I like the UI but this feature is the only stumbling block at the moment! Please sort it ASAP :-)

I cannot provide the estimation as an actual date. But I can share that it has been designed and now in development queue, waiting for the nearest free developer. It will be one of the top candidates after version 5

It's very high in our priority list. No schedule though.

As a national organization, we have been investigating switching to Wild Apricot for our membership portal. However, this is a feature that fraternities and sororities need for all chapters. We, the organizations, are required to verify that all applicants have submitted proof of their GPA and student status as a part of the application process. As a part of our application, students must submit a copy of their transcripts and Student ID, along with letters of recommendation. Is there any way that this feature could be added within the future? Please advise.

We too have this same requirement

Following on from the previous comment, we have the same requirements. In particular, this would need to be a mandatory field/function so that the applying or renewing student cannot save or move past the screen before attaching the required documentation.
