Our association also wants to have this capability. We won't be selling physical inventory as often as digital resources - so purchaser may get a URL link or a file, not something that's shipped. So what they'll "get" for their purchase may be sent to them in a confirmation message.

Dmitry - Unless customers need to track the merchandise members buy, we've found an excellent solution to this similar to what you suggest with Amazon. Lands' End now offers a free eStore that carries much of their merchandise on which you can apply your organization's logo. The benefit is that merchandise management is controlled entirely by them. Credit card processing, inventory management, defect/return control, guarantees, and customer service. Absolutely! This goes hand in hand with the need to enable registration of multiple participants and/or multiple events in a single transaction. I've got this big event coming up next spring that consists of multiple sub-events with separate registration and discounts for members, and I'm increasingly concerned about how onerous the registration process is going to be.

It would be really useful if people could bundle the purchases they make on the website, for example: sign up for membership, then book an event, and pay for them together. Or have the option to make an extra donation when they book an event, and pay for them together.

At the moment users who want to attend member-only events have to join or renew, and go through paypal for that, then sign up for the event, and go through paypal again, which is quite a deterrent for some people.

Any plans for this? Would anyone else find this useful?
