Yes! I'd like to be able to move graphics to a new subfolder without going out to WebDav. And be sure the links to them won't break.
Ditto for document files, etc.

Our organization members have also questioned the privacy of some documents. Controlling file access by public / member / officer would be useful.
We would like this, too.
In fact, the presence of a calendar and clock makes it look as though the option is already there. This is misleading.
