   Yes, Gamify! We would also benefit from gamify participation.
   We want to establish ways for members to challenge themselves and join other challenges. Give them points for being active in the community.

   Members being able to earn a "badge" next to their name, based on their level of points earned, is something we have been wanting to incorporate as well.
   When members earn points they can exchange for prizes, gifts or digital badges...

   Also a member's profile page showing them a dashboard of their progress. Keep them motivated.

   Thank you to everyone who shared feedback on this idea. It shaped the design, and gave us the detail that made it workable.

   The feature is in development. Here is what it will include:

   • A new Event organizer role, separate from Event manager, so someone can run specific events without access to the rest of the account and other events.
   • Three access levels, chosen per event: Check-in assistant, Registration manager and Event lead. Each level has own restrictions and designed accordingly.
   • Organizer(s) are assigned on the Event details by Full administrators and Event managers.
   • Organizers can’t see Contacts, Financial information, Emails and other pages. Only assigned events.
   • A separate release of the mobile Admin app will follow shortly after the web release, to support the new role.

   
   

   We’re aiming for a release in late November or December 2026. Dates may still move as we finish testing. We’ll post here when we have an update.

    As the administrator, when I create a new forum or update an existing forum, I'd like the option to subscribe my members to this forum, either individually or as a group.

    Is this feature/option available now or do you have it as an upgrade coming soon, I hope? Thanks.
