  1. Datestamp internal notes

    2014-07-08 11:43 It would be helpful to have the cursor start in the text input box when editing notes, so that any new entry appears above those before it, like this.

  2. Button Change on Events Details Registration Types Page

    Please move the "Add type" button at the VERY BOTTOM of the Events Details, Registration Types Page to the top where it can be seen more easily without scrolling to the bottom of a long list of registration types.

    I believe this may be the only page I recall that has a button function like this at the very bottom of the page. If there are others, please move them up too. :)

  3. Files link on Vertical Menu

    I realise that files are mainly used on pages within the website, but they are often also used in Event Creation and Email blasts.

    To make things easier to find, delete or move files, etc, would it be possible to include the link to files on the new Vertical Menu.

  4. De-confuse wording please!

    Happy New Year!
    This is a suggestion for a simple wording change. EVERY person I have taught to use WA gets confused by the existing wording:

    After clicking Email > Templates and selecting a particular template, newbies ALWAYS make the mistake of selecting "Edit Template" instead of "Send email" because they fear that "Send email" means the message is all ready to be sent!

    This confusion can be avoided by changing "Send email" to "Create email" or better: "New email using template"

  5. Scheduling dialog box missing day-of-the-week indicator

    Under event emails, the "Announcements" schedule button displays a modal dialog that shows dynamic help text describing the date of the schedule as "Wed Aug 07 2019 17:15:00" but the "Reminders" schedule button modal dialog only shows "Aug 07 2019 17:15:00" without the "day-of-the-week" help text. Having the day-of-the-week displayed here is actually tremendously helpful given that there is no calendar pop-up to assist with choosing the specific day. ("I want this to go out on the Sunday night prior to the event, but what date is that again??") Can this be added? Thanks

  7. Email Text Formatting

    In the Email Template I often encountera formattting problem where the text is basically on top of itself. This happens both when I copy and paste text from a .doc and when I type in the text. It would be very helpful if this did not happen. It takes extra time and is very frustrating.

  8. add an "open" button to pop-up file folder list

    In the files pop-up window view, please create a button that will open a folder. When I am using my iPad, I am unable to open a folder. Tapping the folder just makes the pop-up window enlarge. I am also unable to move down the list past the first few folders in view. If I could click on a folder and then have a button for "next" and "previous" that would move me through the list of folders. Thank you.

  9. Submenus direction

    The last two dropdown menu items on the horizontal menu should have submenus fly out to the left, rather than the right, as shown in this screenshot. Because the dropdown menu is so close to the edge of the browser window, the text is cutoff and unreadable to users. Thanks!

  10. Separation between menu items "Edit" & "Move to trash"

    In Admin mode Webpage the menu items "Edit" and "Move to trash" are adjacent and subject to selection of "Move to trash" inadvertently instead of "Edit". Particularly with smaller and touch screen devices.

    Suggest relocate the "Move to Trash" menu item a bit further to the right.

  11. Show what levels use what fields in "Membership fields" screen as table

    As things are, I have to click each field to asses whether a membership level uses it, or review them one at a time using the dropdown menu. I would like to see columns to the right of the current list, showing which levels use the field in that row. Column headings would be level name, entries would be an X in the row if that field is used. Would save a lot of design and admin time.

  12. Choosing a date on Membership Form is Difficult

    I am not sure what the date format is supposed to be (would be helpful if that was a tool tip). If you start typing a standard format such as 11.25.74 or 11/25/74 it states the date format is invalid.

    If you use the calendar to select the date, it starts at December 2016 and takes considerable time to scroll to the correct month. It is also hard to use on an Ipad or tablet.

    My suggestion would be to allow a more standard date for people to enter and give an example of what is expected so they are…

  13. Had Keyboard shortcuts in all the Admin screens to reduce the mouse movements.

    I'm suffering from Repetitive Strain I9njuey and would love to reduce the mouse movements with the ability to use keyboard Shortcuts to select tabed menu items etc.

  16. Move column description above the entry on the form

    Can the description of a column be moved above it on a form? Right now, on a registration form, I can add a description, but it shows up BELOW the textbox/radio buttons/checkboxes/etc on the form. This is really confusing on the form. I would like the description to show up at the top.

    For example, I have a column called "Volunteer" where I am asking when my member can volunteer to help out. This is a required multiple choice column that has 9 options. But the description of this column doesn't show up until after all the choices are listed.…

    Allow members to do an Advanced Search of the Directory using more than one term in a search field (or using the same field more than once. As an Admin I can search for multiple terms (e.g. "1972" and "Cutlass") by adding a second instance of a field. I would like our members to be able to do the same type of search in the directory.

  18. Disjoined setup process

    Setting up a new account has steps scattered all over the place. For, example, there are several separate pages for just setting up finances. None of them are liked to each other in any way. I'm still not set up because I can't find everything you want me to do. It seems like the website was set up by a puzzle maker.

  19. IMPROVE EASE of use in completing processes

    Suggestion: ALL ACTION BUTTONS SHOULD BE MADE MORE VISIBLE.
    "ACTION" buttons (examples are Register, Next) are not emphasized enough (perhaps a larger size text, or bold text, or a box put around the text, etc). This lack of visibility is causing confusion among infrequent users who miss what to do next in whatever process they are going through. The result is that, I the administrator, have to spend time and effort processing and helping users who have failed to complete a process (eg payment). I look forward to your comments
