  1. Saved search layout is unhelpful

    When I use run a saved search the results are listed below all the criteria for the search. This means there's a bunch of space taken up by the criteria and the list starts way off the page. But surely there is no need to see the criteria by default if the search is saved? Better to have a button to open up the criteria if needed, but otherwise just get the list with no criteria showing. Make sense?

  2. support request -do not require redundant info

    i'm new to WA.
    AWESOME product. however my MAJOR irritant so far is that wen i submit a support request (i'm logged in to WA when i do this) why do i need to provide my email and acct info. Recall i'm logged in,

  3. One to Many

    We currently have a flat file record for each member, and a one to many for events, invoices etc. A member can attend many events. We are a not-for-profit car club, and we run around 75 events (competition events on racetracks and social events) per year.

    Our members have a one (member) to many (cars) set of information. They may bring one car to a competition event and onother to a social event. So, I created 6 fields: Vehicle 1, Vehicle 2 up to Vehcile5, and then a Field “Which Vehicle are you bringing?”. Some members have 1, most have…

  4. Autoincrement option on the numeric field (e.g. for bib numbers)

    Another vote for a numeric field option. I would really like to have an autoincrement option on the numeric field, with configurable start/seed value. It should be available as a contact or event field. A nice-to-have would be a range of excluded numbers.The field should be available for macro insertion in event emails.

    Our application for this would be to generate bib numbers. We have a few large events per year that would benefit greatly from such a feature.

  5. bundle search for members contact list, member list and archieve list

    I would like to search for a name in all places at one time. For example, I want to find a member under contact/member or archive at the same time instead of clicking and entering three times.

  6. Featured Contact widget

    Create a widget just like the Featured Member widget, but for contacts. When we do events, it would be nice to have a way to create a page of Keynote and/or Featured Speakers that pulls their photo, etc. into the page like this member widget. Not all speakers are members, so we currently have to do this manually since they only need to become Contacts to register in the system.

  7. Contact & Membership Fields Access Preferences

    Would like to see the option to choose which contact fields show based on contact type or membership level selected at application. We have all of our fields under contact since there isn't a way to see everything if a membership level isn't assigned. Not all of our records are members but not all of the information asked of the applies. Ex/ physician vs. non-physician

  9. Include Events when exporting contact lists

    When exporting lists (say from a saved search or advanced search, I'd like the option to include event attendance in the CSV. Currently, I can pull a list of people who attended a number of events but once I export that list I cannot tell which of the events they attended. So right now I have to pull the list that I am actually trying to find, then a list a event attendees for each of the events and then merge, sort and dedupe several spreadsheets to get the report I am trying to get (which is largely people in…

  10. adding usernames for login

    enable usernames. This would be helpful for an organization membership, otherwise people need to login with an email. As an administrator it would be nice to create an organization membership and assign a generic username/password for an organization to share with its members.

  11. Hide empty contact fields

    We need the ability to hide the field label if there is no response in the field. Whether this is checkboxes, radio buttons, picture, etc. If there is no response in the field, the label will not display on the contacts profile.

    We wish to use this with the picture field to implement a badge program where contacts/members can earn badges of recognition from our organization.   12. Export contact info using email filters

    I want to easily toggle between electronic and hard copy mediums with my contacts and members. For example, for folks who haven't opened one of our electronic messages, I want to be able to send a physical, hard copy of the letter. I want to use the filters "not opened" and "opened, but not clicked" to export contact information as a datafile (for mailing labels).

  13. Adding contacts without upgrading account

    Would like to have the ability to add 250 contacts without upgrading. We don't see the value in upgrading our account just to get more contacts. Will be using Constant Contact to manage our contacts. Very frustrating.

  15. We have several people who are from the same organiztion. We have one membership per organization, but when you add the individual contactts

    We have several people who are from the same organization. For example 5 employees work at Good Day Electric, I need to set them each up as a contact, but Good Day would only have one membership. I would like to add Good Day Electric as the member, and then tie each of those 5 employees to that membership.

    We need a way to create a report to show Contacts who have pulled themselves out of Archive in the past month? I REALLY need to be able to detect these folks so I can followup and not have them counted as a contact if they don't renew. Currently I'm removing their email but then this causes another issue with those that want to renew down the road and we end up with double contacts. I asked support and was told "there is no such functionality".
