Well, actually, whenever automatic admin copy of an email is sent, all admin recipients are listed in the email (as CC). Can you give me specific example of email?

This is not about additional email for a contact - we are speaking about 2 different people here (attendee and billing person). It's not enough to just add one more email for a contact.
How do you see in this case event registration workflow? It looks there should be a choice for attendee to specify a separate billing person during registration, right?

No, not built-in.
I moved the thread to the wishlist section. -

Thank you for your detailed explanation, this will help us to do a proper analysis and design in future.

Thanks for the comment, it makes total sense. I'm quite surprised that this has not come before.
Still, let's see other comments on that.

Hi David!
Thanks for comments, I will add this into our design queue but there is no change to fit it into next release.

Unfortunately, there is no way to automate it now. Let's see what other people comment.

That makes total sense to me, I'll add this to our queue (keeping invoice when cancelling event registration)

Good point - I would like to hear from others here on the point.
As a workaround I can suggest the following: setup renewal policy of your main levels to either Archive overdue members, or to move to another level (e.g. "Former members" in 14 days) where you define Archive at some later time (like in 60 days).
As soon as member is archived, he cannot renew his membership, but has to apply for membership again - which will force him to go through membership application workflow where you can enforce administrator review policy.

I joined several posts on the same topic into single thread and move them altogether into Wishlist forum,

Unfortunately, I was wrong - this is how system works now and we cannot change it easily. Here is what happens:
* When someone registers for event, invoice is generated for the this registration. The invoice has origin of "Event registration" and when you click on specific event Financial transactions link, system shows you all invoices with this event origin
* When invoice is paid, payment records is created and settled to the invoice. So, you can also see the payment in even financial transactions, because it is related to the invoice.
* BUT when you cancel event registration, invoice is deleted. Payment is settled to the refund, but refund and payment has no origin of event - this is by design (because there can be single payment for multiple invoices - i.e. for membership and event together). So from the moment of cancellation you will not see payment and refund in event financial transactions. This is a kind of logical problem and not easy to resolve for us. The only solution I see here is to not to delete invoices but rather create a special state for them like "Cancelled". But such a change would require to rework underlying workflows and this is time consuming task.
I will keep your post in the Wishlist so we can collect more comments and see if this is critical or not for other people.

I joined 2 threads that were about same thing - admin should be able to preview the events he is setting up
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commented
I can suggested the following workaround for now:
* add some tag for the even e.g. "test"
* create member-only site section, available for some specific group only e.g. admins
* add a even list as a subpage
* setup event list page to show events filtered by this "test" labelNow you can preview event on the site when use switch to public view mode (make sure that you belong to the group that you defined for this member-only page. Also, you will have to mark all other events with some other tags (e.g. "Live") and for your normal event page you will have to setup a filter by this "Live" tag.
I know this is too much work and kind of ugly way to do this, but there is nothing we can do right now. I will keep this thread here so we can eventually do something to resolve this problem.
Actually, in the very next release, all events will be available by direct URL and each event also will have its own access settings (not just Visible/Hidden). This means that you can define limited access for an event and then on public site open it bu direct URL.

It's very hard to follow comments with a mix of different requests in them - too many comments and threading. Could you please focus on the most important part here and put other notes as separate threads?

No update. Our most current update is in our Product Roadmap http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Product+roadmap page - it reflects what we're busy with and what our next plans are.

Sorry, updated the link. I was just trying to say that current Memo is a basic text field - and what you suggested is actually a log of actions, different from simple text field.
An error occurred while saving the comment Evgeny Zaritovskiy commented
I believe that what you suggested should not be related to current Memo field (it just was not designed for that purpose) but actually about adding CRM features into WA. We have a post about that - http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8826226-communications-tracking-crm-10556

I'm separating this comment into dedicated thread. I would say that in this case we do not speak about "bundles" in the way they are designed now.
What you are writing about something completely else - groups of members that can be supervised by another member with slightly higher level rights but without access to administration panel.
I would like to hear more comments if this might be useful. Also, what specific things are expected from such "administrators"? What are they responsible for?

Not, not really. Our most immediate plans are login integration with Wordpress, and then - making WA as oAuth provider.

We are currently working into API direction - see http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308920-archive/suggestions/8831320-api-to-read-contact-member-records-2469 - where we want to establish solid framework for Wild Apricot integration and expand later with specific features. This one can be considered as one of such extensions - but only when we have built API framework.
I'll keep the thread here so we can listen for other comments on importance of this particular feature.

Yes, that is a good point and I've been thinking of it already - I think that we should just allow to define as many announcement as you want. We did start design of this feature some time ago but had to postpone due to our current focus on CMS.
Will come back to this sometime later in future.

We are working now on events redesign - see http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8826511-redesign-of-event-registrations - and part of this work would be this particular aspect. Admin will be able to schedule as many emails as he wants. The thread I mentioned also contains links to design pictures showing new emails setup of event.
I would rather go in direction of centralized library of all emails - http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8826730-customize-all-emails-sent-from-wa-using-centralize
