AMEX is accepted payment for only annual accounts that are billed through invoice.AMEX is not available as a payment option for monthly accounts. We accept only MasterCard or Visa for the recurring monthly fee. There IS demand for such a feature however, not sure we want to make this an option as AMEX charges exorbitant merchant fees

No sorry - and we do not expect changes this year (our pipeline is full for now).
In the meantime - can you give us more details? Your previous comment is not very clear in a way of how the feature would help you to resolve the problem.
I'm trying to collect as much data for analysis as I can so we can design a proper solution.

Hm, all contact and member fields are part of event registration form and they are prepopulated when a contact is logged in.
But the values added to event registration fields are not copied to contact profile, mor eon this at https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8825800-event-registration-form-to-update-contact-profile

No, Dale. As soon as we have any update, we post it. We're currently busy with some underlying system upgrades (paying so called "technical debt") and this is taking almost all the capacity in Jan and Feb. Our plans are posted in the roadmap http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Product+roadmap

Invoices are currently being controlled by "Billing documents" section in the "Routing of system emails" settings. Each email can belong to only one section, so your suggestion means that we will have to remove it from Billing and move it to Events-related section. But if we do this, we will also have to move other invoice - like membership applications and renewals, donation receipts, etc. - to corresponding sections too. Is it a good idea?

We have another wishlist request: https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8825575 - which asks to limit number of selections for particular event registration field. If we do this, then each workshop can be created as a checkbox field in event registration form.
If this can be a suitable workaround, I suggest you to vote for the suggestion (open it and click on Vote button).

The only workaround I can suggest now is to create a new Contact field and make it admin only. Then you can use advanced search on contact list to find needed contacts, send email and change the field manually.

Walt, there is some confusion here and I'm sorry for this. "Feedback" button inside Wild Apricot is actually a window into Wishlist. So all your suggestion are searched in Wishlist forum and created in the forum.

Have you tried https://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Routing+of+system+emails ? You can copy all membership emails to email you set up there.

The problem is that From email cannot be anything - it has to be on the same domain as the running site, otherwise if our mail server try to send it, it can be considered as a spam and Wild Apricot mail server will get into spam filter.
But will take this into account in our future analysis.

It's not always possible to change "from" email (there are limitations on how "from" email should be formed), but we can think about changing "reply to" (same as it done in the Organization settings screen). Would it be the same for you?
But anyway, I would also like to here if there are other people missing this kind of ability.

Sure - it's not a flaw in search engine indexing, just our design mistake. We have this in our list with quite a high priority but I cannot promise any specific date.

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any... Member directly is shown using JS code and this is not properly handled by search engines.
