We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them demonstrates how to send event attendance certificates as professionally looking PDF files.

Yes this is worthless. Remember most us our non-profit with limited finances. We are not looking to add to our monthly fees. I would prefer you allowing us to add certificates to individuals and patches to member accounts/profiles.

Any update on this Wild Apricots? It would also be nice to be able to generate this into the membership account page along with any other certifications they receive.

Current Wild Apricot position on Public roadmap:
- our current Roadmap is what we are working on now – https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932/status/1547997
Our “Work in progress” list can take us easily up to year to complete and we constantly updating it. Whoever voted for an idea, will automatically receive updates when we update its status- we used to publish our roadmap but цуку never able to fully follow it and it always produced tensions from customers following it; the roadmap was always perceived as a a promise even though we kept repeating it was not
- publishing roadmap requires some place to discuss it; people have different priorities, arguments happen, this all need ongoing moderation = time. We have no special place for it, except this forum – and its already serving this purpose.

For now, this is not something we’re going to change – not sure if ever.
Workaround to use: create a special “entry” free level to apply to, and close “normal” ones for application. For the entry level, create also a dropdown field where a potential member can choose a level they want to apply to. Add other fields you need to assess the application. When application is successful, your admin is to change membership level to required one and generate membership invoice (membership upgrade invoice). Our organization vets New Members. We would like them to be able to apply online but not pay any dues until we do our background and approve them for membership and then generate the invoice. This needs to be an option.

Hello!
We’re glad to share that the first two system push notifications are now live in the Member App on both iOS and Android. Members will now receive updates when:
- New events are published and open for registration
- Event reminders — sent a day before and an hour before the event starts
These new tools are designed to boost member engagement and help attendees stay in the loop.
Members can manage these notifications anytime in their app settings.
Another system push — notifications about event changes — is coming in the next release. Stay tuned!

Forcing us to go to AffiniPay has been a real fail and has not been a positive experience. I would say allowing us to go back to what we had without any penalty would be the only solution.
