An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Sylvester commentedMake Read-only access, read only. The fact that they can export the entire contact and membership lists is troubling.
They're also allowed to preform searches, make or delete (existing) saved searches.
Oddly enough, event and donation managers can't see the members panel, so in some ways read-only has more rights.
An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Sylvester commentedHaving a read only admin able to download the entire database, isn't read only. Can this be fixed?

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Sylvester commentedI'm sure it's probably been mentioned previously, but I'd like to see members be able to renew, pay for an event, buy a store item and/or make a donation with one invoice, and the monies properly recorded separately in the financial reports>
Unless I'm mistaken each transaction needs to be paid separately. I have added renewal options to events which have to be manually updated, but that money shows up in events and not membership where it belongsand

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Sylvester commentedSince we haven't been with Wild Apricot a full year I was wondering about this. Prior to WA our renewal date was 12/31, now it from join date. We have a one month grace period before a membership lapse.
We have the option of joining for 1, 2 or 3 years. Another quirk I recently noticed was if a 1 year member with a 12/31 renew dates opts to renew for 2 or three years, their new renew date is from the date of renewing, not the original 12/31, so hey lose time.

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Sylvester commentedI agree, the continue shopping button should bring you back to the store/catalog, not the last purchase. It should also be on each product page, as well as the cart.
Make it editable and make it a gadget.

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Sylvester commentedAs I fuddle along trying to create the perfect page, the page changes history has been a life safer. However, now that I've reached nirvana, I don't see a way to delete the the 90 pages that weren't as pleasing or had glitches.
It would be nice to be able to delete all previous versions, and/or leave the last 5/10, etc.

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Sylvester commentedHello, I'm not sure of the fee structure in the UK but in the States, upon proof, non-profit rates are 2.2% + $.30.
The biggest complaint I have with Paypal is the difficulty changing the account holders name. Although it's a business account with our non-profit name, we change office holders, including treasurer, every two years. From what I can tell the only option is to close and re-open an account with the new treasurers name (and social security number).

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Sylvester commentedI realize each organization has individual needs but, I'm also in favor of allowing (required or optional) new membership or renewal during event registration.
While we're waiting for the hopeful upgrade, I added a custom field for new memberships and renewals, that I update manually.
Another consideration would be to add an event option during enrollment or renewal. Eventually, a keep shopping and cart buttons could allow integration with a online store and donations to incorporate all WA functions.

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Sylvester commentedWe have a half a dozen volunteer groups which members check in areas they'd like to help. Generally there's one person in charge of each group.
It would add functionality when/if a member checked a group that the group administrator was notified with member contact info via email.

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Sylvester commentedThe reason I asked is because I have a slideshow with more than 50 images that needed to be optimized, and the only copies were in the resource files. I really didn't want to painstakingly download each and every one, optimize, then re-upload.
What I ended up doing was accessing the files with webDAV, copying the images, batch optimizing them, and copy and replacing them back, again using webDAV
An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Sylvester commentedWhereas I can upload multiple images or files at one time to a files folder, I couldn't download in the same manner. However, I solved my problem using webDev.
An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Sylvester commentedWhereas we can upload a folder of images or documents at a time, it would be advantageous to be able to download a complete folder, and it's subfolders, from the website resource files.
As it is now, we only have the ability to download a single file at a time.

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Sylvester commentedPardon me if I missed it, but we can customize just about any type email in the system but I haven't found how to do it with messages (emails) sent through the directory.
Is that possible at this point?

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Sylvester commentedOne work-around for a board member "group" was to give each at least read only Admin rights, and then use a advanced saved member search for Administrative right-granted. At least this way anyone with full admin rights can email the board.

Frankly, it's been a year and I don't see any improvement in the "new" email editor and would prefer to have the old one back.
