Event Registrations and Payment routed to external site
I am a small scuba diving club - The Whalers Dive Club http://www.whalersdiveclub.com (less than 100 members); most of our events free such as monthly meetings; a few special events require registration and a fee. WildApricot event registration, reminders and payment processing works great for these.
However, we outtask all of our monthly and annual dive trips to an outside organization. Registration and payment must be made to them. By doing this I lose visibility to who in our club is going on these trips. I can request the members to register on our web site, and then go to our travel agency partner to register again and pay, but that's not going to go over well with our members.
I would like to be able to have our membership complete a simple "I'm going" registration on our web site, and then be re-directed to an external partner site to complete a full registration and payment process using their tools. I'm not too concerned about changes or cancellations made on the partner site - I'm really looking to get a feel for how and how many are planning to attend. Is this something other small clubs also desire?
We have RSVP as a separate request and working on it now.
I do not see us doing special redirect to another site after registration, sorry. Closing.

Yes we would like to be able to list events hosted by another organizations. I don't need tracking but would be a plus. We are an coalition of youth leader and host/organize some event but their are outside events that most of our member attend and we would like to list them.
Here are some Examples:
Weekend retreat that we promote and provide volunteers for and speakers but do not deal with registration is with Life Promotions called Quake - http://quakeevent.com/, would be great to have the description in our event list but when they click on the [Register] link it goes to their site.
Another is our national Church body does event/meeting we would like to list.
The ELCA YNetwork https://elcaymnet.org/events (uses WilsApricot)
and
ELCA Youth Gathering http://www.elca.org/YouthGatheringThanks have a great day!

Thanks Rick.
To our clients: if you have similar needs, please post here. Most useful are detailed examples of events you run this way.

Dmitry,
Yes (RSVP), and Yes, go to -- either automatically or via informative text and link, to the partner site to complete registration and payment. Understand some folks may get confused, but with appropriate formatting (big red "YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED REGISTERING FOR THIS EVENT UNTIL . . . yada yada yada) I think I'm OK.
And Yes, these would be considered normal events that appear on the calendar
Thank,
Rick

Rick, in other words, you want a very basic 'RSVP' style registration on your site - and then have people go to the external website for actual full registration and payment?
(Also, keep in mind that in this case you might have some people who do this first step on your first step but don't complete the full registration/payment)
These events - do you want to display them on your main event calendar?
